14. Unwelcomed Break

Hello lovelies, I am thankful to everyone supporting this story. I am indebted to you all. The story took it's time to capitalize from now on you will see how the story is going to progress. I am trying to reduce my grammatical mistakes too. This is my second update today as I felt the previous chapter hasn't made you all happy.

Tripthi's PoV :

"What, you want to go out tomorrow? you know that people are going to visit us to see your sister, then how can you think of going out. It's our mistake we even permitted you to perform there now you want to go against the function just to get some stupid certificate", Dad shouted at me.

'It's not some stupid certificate, we are going to receive it for our hard work and talent, that will be surely a treasure for me, and it will only take 2 hours, please dad', I said.

"No means a clear no, you are not going anywhere and you are going to help Akka tomorrow and should be with her", my mom said clearly.

"But aunty from what I know, when any people come to see a girl they don't usually allow the to be bride's unmarried girl siblings or cousins to be a part of that process as in some cases the groom may like other siblings more than the girl he came to look and we all know how naughty our Tripthi is, she will roam here and there, so it's better we send her to her work, the travel from here the certificate collection and traveling back to home can take minimum 5 hours, the people will come and go by that time. So I think that it's best to let her go", Bhabhi explained.

'What she said is partially true, our Tripthi is naughty and if she helps her we should work double to set the things right as we know how she leaves her mark in everything she does, so it's better to let her go', My dad's elder sister said supporting me for the 1st time in her whole life. Though it's because of her fear that I will do something bad in every work, I can't speak back because I literally don't know how to do homely work and always spoiled things whenever I attempted doing something like that.

"If you are thinking it's good to send her, I don't have any problem with that, But Tripthi you should be careful, everyone will be busy tomorrow so you should take care of yourself", Dad said to me. I know he can never say no to his sister and I saw Bhabhi winking at me.

Everyone dispersed after that and got busy in their work. I quietly slipped into the kitchen when no one is around I hugged Bhabhi tightly from the back thanking her for what she had done.

"Arey why are you thanking me I said what is true, what if you pull a prank on the groom or what if he falls for you and not for Krithi, we can't risk that", Bhabhi spoke laughing.

'I will never pull a prank on some unknown and falling is far, no one will even look at a dusky-skinned girl like me', I answered her to which she slapped on my arm and started speaking "I am going to slap you over you face if you once again judge your beauty based on your skin tone. It's we people who promoted that fair is beautiful, people go gaga over fair skin, but let me tell everyone is beautiful and you are one of the most beautiful people I know with a smile that can melt anyone, the kindest soul and ever-helpful personality. I don't want every idiot to propose you, you are the kind of person who deserves the best who can love your craziness, the one who stands beside you and let you fly and I am sure you are going to get someone like that".
