Jack POV
I was shocked. I though I made sure I wasn't near any vents? I crawled to the nearest one and looked down.
"Daniel?!" I whisper yelled.
"Jack! I knew it was probably you, I heard you say Christians name," he whispered.
"Here, I'm going to get you out," I said moving the vent lid.
"No! my arm is tied to the handle. They will come back any second now. They will get you. Just...We need to talk about the things we need to talk about. They are taking me east of here after this," He explained.
"Okay, uhm-"
"Wait, where is Zach?"
"Oh, yeah, about that. He was also taken."
"Really?! Well, maybe I can find him and convince them to let both of us be together. I hate these people."
"I could have used this time t-"
The door swung open. "Who are you talking to?!" A guy asked.
"No one, just talking to myself," Daniel quickly replied. The guy turned around and began washing his hands. Daniel looked up at me.
"Go," He mouthed. I nodded.
"I'm coming back for you," I mouthed. He nodded.
"You have a couple of days before the operation," The guy told Daniel. Good, we had a plenty of time. Kinda. I crawled back a little bit and found a safe room. I dropped down. I needed to let Christian know ASAP.
"Christian, this is Jack, do you copy?" I ask taking in deep breaths.
"Yes, I do. Are you ok?"
"I saw Daniel again," I said.
"What? Where? I he ok?"
"Yes, I mean, I guess. He has a couple of days because their 'Leader' got sick. I was going to get him, but there was no way."
"Well, I'm glad he's ok. What about you?"
"I'm ok. I need to go. I need to find anything that can help us, talk to you later."
"Yeah, thanks. Talk to you later, bye."
I began searching the room. At this point, anything can be helpful. I found about a two inch long shard of medal. Maybe this can help me for self defense. Or, it can help me cut myself out of a situation. In other words, this piece can be very helpful. I stuck it into my pocket and continued looking. Nothing. I decided I'd go ahead and and sleep, that way I'd be able to wake up early and head out.
Christian POV
A lot of action was going on right now. Either it meant something good was coming out of it all, or a lot of bad things were about to happen. I can't even process everything. So much is going on. Every person holds different information.
"I'm so tired of this place. We don't even know where we are, how we got here, or if were going to get out. It doesn't make since, almost as if...It's unreal," Corbyn said.
"Yeah, it is. It would be nice if it was," I said. Nothing made since at all. Nothing ever will, for that matter.
