I was awoken by a loud crash and footsteps. Everything went dark. I opened my eyes and looked around.
"What is that smell, ewwww," I said wiping my face.
"Shut up you scum bag!" I looked around and my mouth dropped open. Not for long though, I threw up.
"That's so rude!" I yelled. Wait, where was I? It stunk and the room looked like a prison. That was abandoned for years.
"Where am I?" I asked. No answer. I walked to the door of the room and tried to open it. Locked. "The hell..." I mumbled. I sat on the bed and stared out of the barricaded window.
"No, for real though where am I?" I asked myself. There was a loud rupture of screaming.
"No, no, please I'm ok"
"I don't care"
"I'm sane"
"None of us are"
"Please-"
I heard someone gurgling. As if forced under water. And I saw the out print of a body fall on the ground.
My mouth was open. What just happened? Where am I? None of us are sane? The hell?
"I need answers and no one is giving it to me!" I yelled.
"They never will," I jumped and fell back. There was a whole in the wall beside me. There was also a person there, but I could not see them due to the lack of light.
"Have you been watching me?" I asked getting uncomfortable.
"Yes indeed, and I saw what you did," The guy replied.
"What did I do?" I asked thinking I did something wrong.
"Picked your nose when you were staring out the window," the guy said in a duh tone.
My eyes grew wide. "Did I really? I was in a trance! Wait, did I?"
"Nah", the guy laughed. "I was just messing with you"
"Oh," I replied. I tried to get a good look at the guy but it was useless. It was just to dark. Why did he sound familiar as well?
"You got a flashlight?" He asked.
"Nope, I don't have anything. Don't even know where I am," I said.
"You seem oddly familiar to me,"
"Cool but can you tell me where I am first?"
"Here is a flashlight. Let me show you," I struggled to find the flashlight.
"Something makes me hope were about to go on a flying carpet," I took the flashlight.
I turned it on and revealed the nastiest looking room ever. Everything was either damaged, broken, or moldy. I caught a glimpse of someone on the other side of the room.
"Wait, this place is familiar and not good,"I said turning the light off.
"So, where are we?"
"We're stuck in Outlast aren't we?"
