We began going a little faster. We did not come all this way for the roof to collapse and kill us all.
"Let's go!" Jack yelled. He was standing there making sure everyone was doing alright. Daniel was getting tired and I could really tell. A couple of people stayed back a few feet to keep us safe. They threw things down to buy us more time.
"Jack, where's Crawford?" I asked as we walked near him.
"He's in the front. He is doing a great job," he replied. I nodded.
"Daniel, you need to go. I will be ok. Just go I don't want anything to happen to you," I said as I realised I was losing hope. His eyes went big.
"Christian, I'm not doing that. I already lost one person, I'm not going to lose another if I can help it," He said. He spoke from the heart. What am I going to do?
Jack POV
I had to do something. Christian wanted Daniel safe, and Daniel wanted Christian with someone. I needed to help us get out. Wait...Daniel.
"Daniel, I can get Christian and help him. You go and get everyone out. Make sure they stay safe," I said. Daniel hesitated.
"Uhm-"
"You don't trust me?" I asked. I felt hurt.
"I'm sorry. I do. I just, feel like I need to. I will trust you, so yes. Please keep him safe," Daniel said. I nodded and wrapped my arm around Christian. Daniel looked back and continued going.
We kept on going, but then I stopped.
"Where is Corbyn?!" I yelled. I hadn't seen him in a long time. I heard a loud 'bang' and turned around.
"Introducing the new toilet grenade!" Corbyn yelled in the oxi clean guys voice. He threw something and an explosion happened, causing part of the ceiling to fall where we had been moments before.
"What the hell?!" Christian yelled. That's what I was wondering.
"I saw stuff and it made me remember that I could make a bomb. I added a little stink to it!" He yelled running with us.
"Let's go!" Crawford yelled.
"Crawford go!" Daniel yelled. Both of them are scaring me. We had to get out fast. The roof was cackling.
"Guys! The hall ahead is not on fire!" Crawford shouted. 'Yes!'
We need to quickly get ahead. We need to find people. I don't if we're missing anyone else. Except Zach...My eyes rimmed with tears. I need to get myself together. No time to cry. It pained me that I know ahead a whole emotional time is waiting for us. I was not happy for that.
