The celebration of the two newest agents was cut short by a meeting in regards to Jaemin and Doyoung's retrieval. Taeyong had gathered all the agents to explain the plan.
"In two days, we will be infiltrating the warehouse holding Jaemin and Doyoung. We have split you up into groups, each with a certain goal." Taeyong announced to the agents.
"There are two retrieval teams, one for Jaemin and one for Doyoung. Jaemin's team consists of Rena, Jeno, and Jiwoo while Doyoung's consists of Yangyang, Renjun, and Haechan." Taeyong switched the slide.
"Next we have our protection teams. These two team's ensure that the retrieval teams make their goals. Jaemin's protection team will be lead by me and consist of myself, Yuta, Johnny, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Mark. Doyoung's retrieval team will be lead by Kun and consist of him, Ten, Winwin, Lucas, Xiaojun, and Hendery." Taeyong continued.
"Everyone else will be in charge of surveillance and making sure everything is going smoothly on the outside. This team is lead by Taeil and will split up into two, half with Sejung, and the other half with Yuri. Sejung's team will be Minjee, Jisung, and Jimin while Yuri's team will be Chenle, Naeun, and Nari." Taeyong looked around the room.
"Is there anyone that's not assigned?" Silence. "Good. Your team leaders will give you more information. I suggest you all go train and make sure you are ready. We have no idea what we're putting ourselves up against." Taeyong said, staring at his agents with dark eyes.
...
Doyoung looked up as the door opened. How many days had it been, he had no idea. He just knew that the door opening meant that it was time for his daily intake of oatmeal.
He had been removed from Jaemin's room the next day, his new room made more for witches since it was clear that Jaemin's room was meant for vampires.
Honestly, Doyoung felt bad for the kid. Even though he was being held captive, his room was much nicer, with a bed and small washroom space. It was clear that he wasn't there for information like Jaemin was.
Whoever these people were clearly didn't want him, they just didn't want the agency to have him.
Wait a second.
That meant that whoever these people were knew that he wasn't just any agent, he was the head strategist of H.I.D.D.E.N. And come to think of it, he already had oatmeal three times that day.
He looked up as women in dark robes entered his room, her aura strong, something he had only felt with the former coven leader.
"Hi Doyoung." That voice.
It all hit him as the woman removed her hood, giving Doyoung a wide smile.
"How could you betray us?" Doyoung exclaimed as he saw her face.
...
"These are the new weapons, made with iridium, test them out." Ten instructed the agents. Renjun immediately went for the arrows, which another girl just happened to be going for as well.
"Back off." Renjun said glaring at the girl. But she gave him just as fierce of a look.
"No." Minjee replied. The rest of the agents were already finished with the other weapons, heading to the training area, leaving the two to fight amongst themselves.
"I'm better at shooting. Your aim sucks." Renjun told her.
"But you'll be fighting close combat. I'll be at a distance so it'll make more sense for me to have them." Minjee argued.
"It's not a big deal, just split them." The two of them turned to see Haechan standing there, playing with a dagger in between his fingers. Renjun watched as Minjee shot him a look before grabbing half the arrows and walking off to the shooting area.
