Sejung stared at the stairs leading to the male dorms. How am I supposed to get to Jaehyun's room without anyone seeing me?

Sejung sighed, deciding to just be brutally honest as she went up the stairs, entering the male dorms. As expected, she bumped into someone the second she entered.

"Sejung?" Ten said as he saw her. "What brings you here?"

"Just visiting Jaehyun. He's been having it rough, you know." Sejung said, hoping the chuckle that came out of her mouth didn't sound too forced.

"Ah, yeah. I saw him come back an hour ago and he didn't seem that happy." Ten told her. Yeah, I wonder why.

"Well, don't let me get in your way then." Ten said, moving past her and heading out of the male dorms. Sejung took a deep breath before making her way up to Jaehyun's room.

Sejung must have had the same conversation about five times by the time she reached Jaehyun's room. Already feeling exhausted, she raised her hand to knock on Jaehyun's door but before her fist landed on the door, it flung open.

"About time." Jaehyun said, staring at her.

"You wouldn't believe what I had to go through just to get here." Sejung said as Jaehyun widened the door, letting her in.

"I don't really care, to be quite honest." Sejung crossed her arms. Someone, please remind me why I came.

Sejung looked at Jaehyun's desk, noticing how messy it was, which was bizarre. Jaehyun was typically a very clean and organized person. Jaehyun noticed this and quickly slid himself in front of his desk, blocking her view.

"Can you just hear me out?" Jaehyunn asked. Sejung looked up at him.

"Fine, but get straight to the point." Sejung said, sitting down on his bed.

"Alright, here's exactly what Sora's mother said." Jaehyun said, proceeding to explain to Sejung what Sora's mother had told him that day.

...

"So I've been thinking." Taeyong said to the small group gathered in his office, consisting of Ten, Doyoung, and Kun. "About the solo missions."

The group nodded their heads. After what happened with Jaemin, it was clear that the solo missions were much more dangerous now than ever before.

"We have two options. We can either abolish the solo missions, but then our agents might not be as well trained as they should be. Our other option is to keep them, but with the dangers of the supernatural world continuing to grow, it doesn't make sense to be sending our agents right into the heart of it." Taeyong explained.

They were silent as they slowly absorbed Taeyong's words.

"Neither of those options sound that good." Ten said, reading all their minds. Taeyong let out a deep sigh, running his fingers through his hair.

"I know, that's why I called you guys in. I didn't want to have too much discussion so that's why I didn't call the leaders." Taeyong admitted.

"I think we should think about this a bit longer." Kun suggested. Doyoung and Ten nodded in agreement.

"It's not like we're in any rush anyways. it's only Chenle, Minjee, and Naeun this year. But has anyone reached out?" Doyoung asked.

"No, I haven't had anyone ask me to send the agents on a mission yet. I think the kingdoms are simply enjoying the peace for the time being." Taeyong said.

"I don't blame them. The battle two years ago was a pretty big one and we just finished dealing with the shapeshifter fiasco." Ten said.

"Well, let's just keep this in our heads and let me know if anything comes to mind." Taeyong said, wrapping the meeting up. The three others nodded their head before exiting Taeyong's office, one by one.
