"Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass - It's about learning how to dance in the rain."

-Vivian Greene

Blair and Eve are sitting in the living room, Eve is tapping away at her phone talking to one of her friends, she is sitting in the floor leaning back against Blair's feet that are dangling off the sofa. Blair is reading one of her favorite books, Currently Complicated, with an occasional glance at the TV, where the movie King of Staten Island plays loud enough to wake the neighbors.

Raven and Eli walk into the house after putting their picnic supplies back in his room.

"There you guys are," Blair turns her head toward the door as they're coming through.

"Glad to see you all aren't touching on each other in here." Eli says.

"At least one of us can say that." Blair turns her focus to Raven, "Love the new hairdo."

Raven begins combing her fingers through her hair. "Um, we were laying in the gazebo." Her already lightly sunburned cheeks begin to blush.

"Just laying?" She laughs, "Okay, if you say so." She turns her focus back toward her book.

Eli nudges Raven toward the fireplace and pulls out his iPhone.

"Take a picture with me?"

"Definitely!"

"Sis, do you mind?" He stretches his arm out reaching his phone toward her.

"I'll take it!" Blair jumps up and snatches his phone from his hand. "Smile."

Eli puts his arm over Raven's shoulder and they turn to the camera and smile.

"Silly picture now."

Eli scoops his arm under Raven's legs and cradles her like a baby. Raven throws up her deuces and cocks her tongue out to the side. Eli blows his cheeks out like a puffer fish and crosses his eyes.

"Perfect." Blair snaps the picture and hands his phone back.

"Thank you."

Eli looks at the first picture, Raven's perfect smile automatically catches his attention. How can someone be so beautiful?

Raven grabs Eli's phone and opens his notepad and types, let's get out of here and have fun??"

Eli reads the message and winks at her.

Blair is now sitting cross-legged at the coffee table painting her nails. Eve still has her eyes glued to her phone.

Eli and Raven go out the front door.

"I know the perfect spot. If you're up for getting wet again?"

"I'm down. Let's go."

Eli pulls out his keys and walks over to the car garage and pushes a button on his remote. The garage door slowly slides up, revealing a 2016 Lincoln Navigator, the burgundy color shines under the garage lights.

"Damn, what a ride."

"Mom got it for me last year when I was talking about going to college, she insisted I have this particular one."

Raven and Eli get in, she glances around admiring the tan and black interior.

"Find us a song." Eli starts the ignition and the large screen on the dashboard displays a list of thousands of songs. She scrolls around for a few seconds and clicks on, Crazy Bitch, by Buckcherry, and laughs.
