It is chilly outside and Eve and Eli has they're winter jackets on, turns towards the wind-swept pine. A security man walks around the house taking photos with his phone. Eli had gone earlier in the day to get insurance on both houses, the good stuff, full coverage in case of an emergency. Or retaliation, he thinks

All the camera's ran to a centralized computer, also the motion detectors, would all feed into a box installed under the house. Eli has a new and more secure WIFI network installed on both houses that they could access. It is the upmost important thing because Raven, Elijah, and his baby needs to always be safe. Life is to important and too easy to lose. Not to mention Eve's and Luke's soon to be baby as well. Evelyn takes the matters very seriously. There are in total - fourteen camera's working around the clock, HD, night vision, thermal on command, the works. Eli paces around the property on foot, still in some sort of dismay that things had got so far as violence. He'd vowed that life is left behind with Rory but a little piece of Pennsylvania found his way here. It's fucking disheartening.

All that we've built so far, my legacy as a man, a parent, a protector, the guy that crawls through shit and came out clean with his body and soul intact - all of it jeopardized by a weak man with a bat. I'm almost certain I won't be hearing from him or the police. But I can't shake the feeling that there's more to come. What else is there to throw at me in my life? Can I secure this place and my loved ones and just simply choose to live out my days now?

Luke has officially moved in with Evelyn, after the recent events it is time to try on the big boy shoes. Living together. The prospect of that made Eli shutters a little bit but changes are coming and there wasn't a way to stop the momentum. Blair wasn't ever going back to Pennsylvania; she made her mind up when her best friend decides to stay. Blair is officially moving in, though her and Raven have already been there. The house is big enough, and the security measures have only begun but for now it will do. Leo is out of the picture, but now how long before the storm breaks through anyway?

Later that day Eli arranges for a shooting coach to come and work with everyone on how to properly use firearms. Eli owns a Barretta 9mm. But that is all they have for the two houses. He bought Raven her very own, a Barretta 92X semi-automatic. Evelyn wants a Berreta 9mm Compact, with pink grips. The class is short and everyone got they're Concealed Carry license.
