Semblances: Aura Manipulation and Killer queen
Aura Manipulation let's him make his aura into anything for his current situation, this includes, weapons, ammunition, reinforcing weapons, etc. When using different weapons depending on the type they will appear differently, melee weapons will appear in his hand and ranged weapons will appear around it. If he concentrates his aura on different things around him eg. sources of energy/electricity he can pull the said element out and enhance his weapons making pretty much anything into a dust source for him.
Killer queen is just like in Jojo's but the stand doesn't show up but he has its abilities that he can use at will. If you don't know what it does if he chooses to use it it makes anything a bomb and if he pushes his thumb down like if he's pressing a detonator it explodes or he can explode it when he touches it, if someone touches the current bomb they explode instead.

Backstory: Mitchell is Y/N older brother by 3 years has the same amount of experience as Y/N but he wasn't trained in the same way, he used to go around fighting criminals as a vigilante before he got the offer that was given to him by the 2 brother gods, but because Tet wasn't there he got 2 semblances which are his aura manipulation and killer queen. He searched for his brother for days and found he and his brother's friend Akira or as Y/N and Mitchell call him Kira.
