We're all eating and making small conversation. Roddy asks, "What are the two of you going to do about the whole 'you'll be carried out on a stretcher' thing Britt said last night?"

Adam says, "I told Angelina that I won't be afraid to give Britt an elbow or deliver the Last Shot to her if she draws blood from Angelina."

I say, "Then I told him that I'll be alright. I did call my friend Alexa Bliss though and she told me that she'll be there for backup in case things get really, really bad. Her and Nikki both will be."

Adam nods and says, "Good. We should have a little backup just in case something goes bad."

Marina says, "I'll be there too. More backup."

Roderick says, "You haven't stepped foot in the ring in months and you're going to just jump right in?"

"Why not?" Marina says. "I'd love the chance to beat Britt Baker's ass."

Everyone at the table laughs. I look up at Adam and he takes a bite out of his chicken. He looks over at me and rests a hand on my knee. I smile and take a bite out of the chicken. I hum softly. "Marina, this is amazing," I say.

She smiles and says, "Thank you, Angelina. I'm glad someone appreciates my cooking." She shoots a glare at Roderick and I laugh.

"I do appreciate your cooking, baby," Roderick says, leaning over and pressing a kiss to his wife's cheek.

Marina says, "You don't show it."

Roderick says, "I can show how much I appreciate your cooking when we're alone tonight."

Adam basically yells, "Get it, Roddy!"

Everyone at the table laughs. Marina turns a little red and looks at Roderick. "What?" he asks.

"Stop announcing our sex life to our friends," Marina says, smiling.

Roderick points at Adam and asks, "Why does he get to announce his sex life to everyone but I can't?"

Kyle says, "Because any time he's around Angelina, it's pretty clear what they do when they're alone. Who knows what's going on beside me at this table. His face announces it. He doesn't actually announce it."

"My face does not announce my sex life," Adam says.

Ella says, "I haven't known you for very long Adam, but I do see your face when you're around Angelina. You look like you're undressing her with your eyes or something."

Adam says, "I do not look like I'm undressing Angelina with my eyes."

Bobby says, "Look at Angelina for a second."

I smile and Adam looks at me. I raise my eyebrows. Kyle says, "Okay, not that time but when we were all over at her apartment, you looked like you were undressing her with your eyes."

Everyone at the table laughs, including me. I take a bite of chicken when I feel Adam's hand slide up my leg. I almost choke on my food, coughing. I cover my mouth. I glare at Adam.

"You okay?" Selena asks.

I nod and say, "Mhm. Wrong pipe."

Adam says, "Sure."

I elbow him and take a sip of water. I feel Adam's hand slide up closer to my area and I spit out the water. I look at Adam and I say, "Stop it."

Roderick laughs and says, "Looks like they're gonna do stuff tonight too."

"I'm playing video games all night, brother," Adam says.

I'm drying whatever I spit my water up on when I say, "I might let you now." I look up at Adam and he looks at me. I smile innocently at him.
