Marina and I make our way down to the bar. We're joined by Tegan Nox and Candice LeRae. The four of us sit in a row as we take a few shots.

Candice says, "Angelina, is there something going on with you and Cole? It feels like something's going on."

I shake my head and say, "No. I mean, we have feelings for each other but the man just broke up with his girlfriend a week ago so we're taking things slow."

What she doesn't know is that Adam and I are dating, have slept together several times, and have repeatedly said "I love you" to the each other. She doesn't have to know that yet.

Tegan says, "The two of you would be super cute together." She takes a shot. "I'd like to see you two get together at some point."

I laugh and say, "Maybe one day. Britt will kick my ass if Adam and I get together and she finds out."

"True," Marina says. "That is very true."

The four of us laugh.

We're all a little tipsy. Candice is the smallest out of all of us and has probably consumed the most alcohol out of all of us so she's probably the drunkest out of all of us.

"What's new with you and Roderick?" Candice asks. "Is married life treating you well?"

Marina takes her shot and nods. "We've finally just started sleeping together again," she says. "He didn't touch me for weeks because of how busy we've both been between NXT and Troy."

"Ooh," Candice says. "The sex has to be amazing."

Marina says, "Hell yeah. It's gotten so much better recently."

Candice says, "Johnny and I might try for a baby soon. We've been talking about it."

"Baby Gargano," I say. "I'm here for it."

The four of us laugh again.

Johnny calls Candice away from us and Tegan goes off to talk to Mia Yim. Marina and I sit at the bar taking a few more shots.

Someone sits beside me in the chair and says, "Now who left a pretty lady like you alone at the bar?"

I look over and see Adam. I smile and say, "Candice and Tegan but that's fine with me because you're here now." I see Roderick sit on the other side of Marina. She smiles at him.

Adam smiles and wraps an arm around my shoulder. I say, "You should know that I'm sorta kinda drunk right now."

He laughs and says, "How much have you had to drink so far tonight?"

I think and say, "The Tequila sunrise and I think I just took like six shots of Fireball. It might have been seven. I don't know."

Adam says, "I'm cutting you off soon. Before you get too drunk."

"Oh shh," I say. "I still know not to say anything. I've been coming up with stories all night about how we're not together."

Adam laughs and says, "I'm scared to know what some of these stories are."

The song chances to a song I really like. Blinding Lights by The Weeknd. I look at Adam and I ask, "Dance with me?"

He nods. I look at Marina and say, "Save my seat." She gives me a thumbs up. I take Adam's hand, pulling him out of his seat and to the sea of people on the dance floor.

I recognize some of these people and I don't recognize others. I don't know many of the AEW wrestlers or personnel. I should learn who is who.

Adam and I reach a spot on the dance floor and I start to move my hips to the beat of the song. I have no idea what to do with my arms.
