MEET UP

 "i definitely wasn't hanging around here hoping to bump into you or anything..."

you laughed, watching wonpil lean on the wall of your favorite cafe.

"wanna come in, then?" you smiled. wonpil followed after you as you entered the store, breathing in the smell of coffee and tea. wonpil noticed how happy you were as the cashier gave you your regular order, practically grinning from ear to ear.

"would you like something, wonpil?" you turned around to face him, holding your cup. "i recommend the mocha frappuccino. they also have a lot of teas if you're not into coffee."

wonpil ordered the mocha frappuccino you recommended, sipping it happily as you sat down at a table.

"was there anything you wanted to tell me?"

"uhm, no. not really. i just kind of... wanted to spend time with you?" he answered, smiling lightly. you exhaled, placing your cup on the table.

"i see." you mumbled, looking at wonpil fidget across the table.

"actually, would you like to take a walk later? to that old amusement park we used to go to?" wonpil suggested. you smiled widely and nodded.

"of course."

after you both had finished your drinks, you and wonpil walked towards the amusement park. it was mostly silent, apart from the occasional bird chirps and dogs barks.

"can i... say something?" wonpil asked as you entered the amusement park, sitting on a small bench near one of the rides.

"what happened to you not having anything to tell me earlier?" you chuckled. wonpil chuckled along nervously.

"i... well, i changed my mind."

"so? what do you need to say?"

you watched him, pushed to the point of exasperation by how much he stumbled over his words.

"i— i... uhm. i kind of—" you silenced him, sighing.

"say it clearly, wonpil."

"i... i like you..." he trailed off towards the end, looking at you nervously. you chuckled, pecking him on the lips.

"YAY!" jae jumped out of the bushes along with younghyun and dowoon. sungjin trailed after them, sighing but smiling.

"you guys were here the ENTIRE time?"
