The next morning I woke up at 9 to set and pack everything for the beach. I had put my phone in my spandex waistband while my earbuds were plugged in. I danced around and hummed to the song while I packed all the food correctly. When I finished my phone started buzzing from a call. Taking my phone out of my waistband and answered the call.
"Yes?"
"Hey baby we are by the SUV ready to go."
"Okay babe I'll wake up Vic and meet you down there soon. Wait actually could you come up and get the food so then I can give you the keys to pack the car?"
"Be there in 5."
I hung up and went to one of closets that held our towels and other outdoor things. Setting the stuff on the floor I heard a knock on the door and walked over to open it. "Hey babe." I kissed him quickly and noticed Jonathan behind him. "Hey Jonathan." He smiled and nodded his head at me. "I figured there was going to be more to take?" I nodded and ushered them to follow me. Tony took the food cooler along with the keys and Jonathan took the games and blankets. "I'll meet you guys down I am going to wake Vic and get ready." Both boys nodded and left back down to the car. Walking back into the room I set my earbuds down and got my black bikini to change into. I gave a quick glance to Victoria who was still sleeping soundly holding my pillow and smiled walking into the bathroom to get ready. When I walked out my hair was in a ponytail and my bikini on. Walking to my dresser I pulled out a white tank-top and Jean shorts that go about mid thigh and Victoria's bikini. Time to wake her. Kneeling in front of her I grabbed her hand and ran my thumb across the top. "Time to wake up Vic." I used my other hand to move the hair that was on her face away and said again, "Come on Vic we are going to be late." She groaned and shifted closer to me unintentionally. I leaned in to kiss her forehead which made her slowly open her eyes, "Morning sleepy head." I chuckled and stood up, "Now come on we have places to be." Holding up her bikini Victoria slowly sat up and grabbed the outfit going to the bathroom to get ready. Knowing she wasn't going to ask me where we were going yet because she was still half asleep. I waited for her in the livingroom and texted Delilah and Luna that we would pick them up in 30 minutes. I texted Marcus really quick because we needed a beach umbrella and none of us had one.
Me: "Hey do you happen to have a beach umbrella that I could use today?"
Marcus: "Yeah just come over so I can give it to you."
Me: "Okay thank you Mar see you in a bit."
I heard my bedroom door open and Victoria walked out, "Is now the time to ask where we are going?" I laughed and offered my hand while grabbing my apartment keys, "It's a surprise now come we got people waiting for us." When she grabbed my hand I walked out and locked the door. Walking into the garage I asked her "You want to sit in the front seat or the back?" Victoria looked over at me and said, "I'll sit up front with you." Nodding Jonathan and Tony got out of car while tossing me the keys. "Still want to sit up front?" I asked her while she looked at Jonathan smiling. "Still sit up front." I smiled and said to the boys when we got closer, "Vic called shotgun." I let go of her hand and she hugged them while I got into the driver's seat. Victoria sat next to me and when everyone else was in I called out, "Let's get the rest of the group." Couple minutes later we picked up Luna and Delilah and were on our way to Marcus's house. When we go there I told everyone to say inside the car while I went to go get the stuff. Everyone nodded and I got out going to the door and knocking. "Hey Mar how's it going?" He smiled and ushered me to follow him, "Good actually. Going to the beach huh." I laughed behind him and before I could answer I heard someone walking over, "Honey who's, oh Faith how have you been? And what happened here?" She got closer to me to look at the bruising and cut on my face. "Hey Stephanie I've been good, and this is just from last night. Well actually most of them are. My cheek is from Victoria on accident." Doctor Perry looked at my injuries and said, "Cheek is healing nicely and eye but let's clean that cut of yours again." Marcus nodded to me and I followed Stephanie to the bathroom. "Sit on the counter while I get everything." Hopping up on the counter I watched her grab all the supplies she needed. "I can't believe you are still fighting Faith." Stephanie said while taking off the old small bandaid and cleaning the cut. Chuckling I said, "Makes good pay and I love boxing." Doctor Perry put on the new bandaid and looked at me, "Still is a dangerous sport."
I shrugged and asked her jumping off the counter, "Want to come with us to the beach? Both of you guys." We walked out and Marcus was holding the two umbrellas up, "Babe you want to go to the beach?" Marcus raised an eyebrow at me and asked, "You sure?" I nodded and took the umbrellas from him, "Duh otherwise I wouldn't of asked." Marcus nodded and said, "Let's go get ready then." Smiling I yelled to them while walking out the door, "Don't take too long." Walking to the car I put the umbrellas in and climbed back into the car. Victoria looked over to me confused, "Why are we still waiting?" I gestured my head to where Marcus and Stephanie were walking over to the car. "Marcus!" Victoria yelled out when they opened the door. "Hey everyone." Stephanie said while climbing in. I switching out of park I yelled out, "Beach dayyyyy!"
