Dipsy: your cell phone rings, you don't recognize the number what do you do?

The other day I was driving down the 405 traffic, phone rings 917 New York, I'm like

I hit talk I go like

Dipsy: hello?

Guy on the other line goes

Shadow: hey Noo Noo what's going on?

And he goes

Dipsy: listen bro! The budget was 15,000 we had a couple extra expenditures and went up to 16-2, I reworked it, got it down to 14-7, we had 300 to play with, I called it 15, I sent it out.

He goes like

Shadow: YEAH! WELL NOW IT'S TEN!!!!!!!!!

Dipsy: Listen. I took it to Tinky, he said it looked fine, but I knew my *ss was on the line so I ran it by Jennifer just in case. he said it looked good, I sent it out.

He goes

Shadow: WELL NOW IT'S TEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I was like this guy has no idea what's going on over there, he hasn't talked to Tinky, he hasn't talked to Jennifer, I just made her up. Clearly he hasn't spoken to Noo Noo! He goes

Shadow: Listen man, what are we gonna do about this?

I go

Dipsy: bro... I'm on the road right now. I haven't seen the email, why don't you call Tinky, check in with him, see what's going on, give me a callback.
