Madi looked over to supposedly Joe, but then back at his mom. It was time that she had to be in his shoes.

"Hey Mom!" She smiled, trying to act like Joe as much as she possibly could.

"Are you alright? I heard a lot of yelling back here."

"Sorryyyyy, I got excited. You know how I am."

His mom smiled back, glancing a look at the phone. "Well, you behave yourself. Dinner will be ready in a little while."

"Okay!"

She watched her close the door, shutting it. As soon as she left, Madi sighed in relief. Joe, meanwhile, clapped excessively. She looked up at him in confusion.

"Why are you clapping, that was bad!"

"That was good Madi! You actually sound like me! I'm so proud of you!"

A noticeable blush flushed her face. Since she didn't have her usual long hair, all she could do was cover her face. "Thank you, thank you...but uh, wanna continue what you were saying?"

Joe gasped and put on his serious face. "Oh yeah, right. So as I was saying, yes, Carlie would actually exist in Chronos's world. So maybe, keeping that in mind, maybe we find a character that he would happen to know and send a message through them?"

He slowly shrugged as Madi thought about it. A confusing concept, but with Chronos, anything seemed possible at this point.

"Maybe that could work! Do you have any characters in mind that could work?"

"Hmm...well I know Jacob's character Zarkev...Jaylea's pony, but that's a stretch...Maya's characters, she has a bunch-"

"Wait! She made you a picture of Chronos with a character of hers in it, right?"

Joe froze in place. Madi was right and she didn't even know it; if Chronos was in the same picture as Maya's character, then he had been exposed to a variety of characters.
