The next morning a little bit better. It had finally stopped raining and instead it was cloudy outside. The sun was trying to peek through the clouds but it wasn't winning the fight. Instead it was just being pushed back.

In a way that's what Fubuki felt like that morning with everything going on. But his training with Toko was keeping his mind off of that. Instead he was trying to focus on his power but instead his mind kept drifting back to what Forneus said.

We've suffered losses but we haven't lost the war... Was Forenous talking about the missing bladers and what war? Why hadn't Forenous been talking to him lately? What was going on?

"Fubuki?"

Fubuki looked up from the battle up at Toko.

"Are you okay Fubuki? Your eyes were glowing."

Resonance.

"Yeah I'm fine it's just Forenous talked to me yesterday."

"Forenous talked to you? Valt used to talk to Valtryek a lot back when he was younger..What did he say?"

"Something about a war, losses, and a storm."

"A war! Losses? What does all that mean?" Toko asked

"Well I think the losses mean the missing bladers but the war doesn't make any sense.."

"Have you tried asking Forenous?"

"I've tried but there's something wrong with Forenous. Ever since it told me what's been going on it's been silent."

"I don't know Fubuki, maybe you need to relax. You seemed kind of tense during training." said Toko

"Wait! I've got an idea," Nika clasped her hands together.

"How about a party!"

"A party!?"

"Yeah, think about it. So many bladers are missing these days. Wouldn't it be nice to lighten things up with a back to school party? Also we could celebrate in Suoh's honor."

"That is a good idea." Said Fubuki.

"Alright then let's do it!" Toko and Nika high fived together.

******

Fubuki had never been to a party let alone a school dance.

He always thought it was a waste of time. He always told himself he could've been using the time for other things like practicing or homework. But since Toko and Nika personally invited him it was hard to say no.

Walking up to Begioma it was a cool crisp night but the clouds still loomed overhead. It was strange this weather, usually it didn't rain in Begioma a lot but with everything going on what was another weird situation anymore?

A giant balloon arch was over the doorway greeting guests or students into the facility.

But unlike the relaxing cool night the inside was a different story. The lights were off but the glow sticks and stringed lights took care of that. On one side of the gym was the snack table complete with Oreo's, Pringle's, Bey Bread, and other foods.

There was also an area for people to dropped off their stuff which mainly consisted of shoes. On the other side was a group of kids standing in the back not dancing like Jin or Hoji.

Nika and Toko among some other kids were showing off their dance moves while Orchi was the DJ.

"Hey Fubuki, over here!"

Over at the snack table was Captain and Aiger. Captain was waving him over while Aiger was eating.

"Whats up man?"

"Nothing much Kiyama, how have you guys been?"

"Same old, same old. I've been getting stronger and  I've also been training with the Wild Bey gang for the National Team Tournament. We managed to snag 4th but maybe next year we'll beat Toko. It's also been hard because of this Phi situation."

"Tell me about it," Aiger said munching.

"Now that Phi's taken over everything he's acting like a king or something. It's really annoying. But now that I've fixed Achilles, we're going to blow him away."

"Well you're not the only one,"

"Huh?"

"I've also upgraded Forenous into Tsunami Forenous. I'm going to beat Phi and end his reign of terror."

"Fubuki.. Your eyes."

"What? What about them?"

"They're glowing."

Taking out his phone Fubuki looked down at his reflection and sure enough his eyes were glowing red.

Oh no it's happening again...

"I'll be right back."

Fubuki ran out of the gym into the bathroom. His eyes were still glowing red, closing his eyes he breathed in and out. Focusing on his power he felt it die down. Opening his eyes again his eyes stopped glowing.

Fubuki let out a sigh and returned to the dance floor.

At this point the disco ball was sparkling, lighting up the room. In the center of the dance floor was Aiger and Captain were having a dance battle with a group of kids surrounding them.

Grabbing a cup of punch Fubuki started in the back of the room watching Aiger and Captain. Aiger was very flexible while Captain had some wild moves.

"Hey Fubuki."

Beside Fubuki was Valerie with a blue party dress on.

"Valerie, what are you doing here?"

"I'm Valt's appearance so naturally Toko and I talk. I heard you were going to be here so I decided to see how you were doing."

"How did you know about Suoh"

"That's simple I saw the way you looked at the TV when the news came on about Suoh."

"Oh."

There was an awakward silence between the two until Valerie cut the silence by saying: "Well I have to go, but hopefully we can catch up soon together."

"Sure."

Valerie walked off, walking past Aiger and Ranjiro whose mouths were hanging open.

"Dude is that your girlfriend?"

"What no, she's just a friend." Fubuki said blushing a little.

For the rest of the night Aiger and Ranjiro teased Fubuki about Valerie. But before leaving they all made a pact to have a rematch before Fubuki and Aiger left again.

Walking out of the gym the party was still going but Fubuki decided he had enough. Unlike the past couple of days the clouds finally went away but now in its place was a beautiful sunset.

Valerie. Fubuki would never admit it but he did have a thing for Valerie. There was just something about her, her smile or her bright attitude. Fubuki didn't know what it was. But he didn't know if she felt the same way about him.

Walking out of Begioma Fubuki was feeling better than he had for months. He missed Shu but it was nice to see some familiar faces.

"Not only has Forenous gotten stronger but so have you, Fubuki. Lots of bladers have power or in this case resonance but you need to learn to control it or else you could get swallowed up."

"But how do I do that?"

"That is something only you can answer Fubuki."

Shu's words echoed through Fubuki's head. Shu was the whole reason Fubuki had left the Bulls but he still hadn't figured out his boosts of power.

Pushing it out of his mind Fubuki focused more on having a relaxing night than worrying.

But little did Fubuki know when he passed a bunch of TV's with the news station on that Diago Kurogami had just been reported missing...
