16. Sara is missing

"What the.....hell!?, I'm bewildered. "For God's sake, please send this mad woman out of my home."

"Y...Yeah! S..ure, bro," Richie responds. "I will send this mental...."

Jas disrupts, "No, no, no... Wait. I'm neither mental nor mad. I'm telling the truth." Takes a breath and states, "Yeah! Godmother is right. You earthlings won't believe truths rather run behind the lies." Folds her hands and rolls her eyes with attitude.

"Ah! Dany. My head hurts," I hold my head. " I think I was pissed last night."

Dany holds me and asks, "Really? I don't think so you are drunk. After Max left, I went to the office to keep the evidence we have gathered in my locker safely. Due to heavy rain, we all reached home late in the night. I also knocked on your door to tell you about the evidence. By that time, you're already sleeping in your room."

"What?" I'm totally bemused. "I went to see my mom... Then... I didn't remember anything." I feel a bit dizzy.

"Cause, I brought him to his room safely", says Jas.

"Richie! Did you forget what you said earlier?" I remind him.

"Uh! Sorry, bro. I'll drove her away."

Richie and Chris hold Jasmine's shoulders to take her out. All of a sudden Max shows up. "Nick? Your sister, Sara is missing."

"What? When?" I'm appalled to hear that.

"What? Sara? Why so?" Dany astonishes.

"I don't have any idea where she has gone. Aunt Angela ask me to wake her with bed coffee. When I went there, her room was totally messy. I have searched everywhere and even called her, but she didn't answer. I managed Aunt and came here straightly. I think we need to search for her." Max claims.

"She was already depressed due to last night." I thought inside. "Ok! I'll put on my coat and come."

Max rushes out to his car. I move to my room to take my coat and step out of my room with my car keys.

"Dany! You take Chris' car and come along." I insist on him. Dany nods and leaves. I stop for a sec and turn back, "Richie and Chris? She should not be at my sight, by the time I reach home." I warn them and leave to look after Sara. Those three go to different directions to search her.

Chris and Richie look at Jas in slow motion. Jas puts 'on' her pretty face.

"Don't try to be more innocent," Richie says.

"Leave it, Richie. Let's send her out", Chris says.

They hold her tight and tries to drag her out. Jas tries to hold, on the ground with her legs to stops them. While dragging her, a big noise of utensils grabs their attention. Jas feels nervous, cause she knew that all credit goes to her Cham.

"Oh! God. My kitchen." Chris hurries to check the kitchen. He sees the Cham and starts chasing it with pan in his hand. "My kitchen must be clean all the time. What are you looking, Richie? Help me out." Richie holds a rolling pin and joins him.

Jas tries to stop by convincing them, "It won't do any harm. Please, stop".

Cham is quickly changing it's color and jumps from one shelf to another, to escape from them and make everything mess. Jas shouts loudly, "Enoughhh..." They both stands still with their weapons and Cham crawls upon Jas and settles on her arm.
