51. Jasmine's New Challenge At Nepenthes' House

"We have to thank Mrs. Angela heartfully", Jas says by learning on the car outside near to a parking slot.

"Yeah! Jasmine. In the eleventh hour, her helping hand grabbed our success...", While Rose saying, "...like a snap", Violet finishes Rose's sentence with a snap, by standing next to them.

Meanwhile, something falls on the car's top. It creates noise twice. Noticing that sound, "Stop it, Hopper", Lily warns.

"Haha! Lily? It's an innocent fruit, has fallen without your presence. Excuse it", Violet mocks while picking the fruit on the car and reminds, "By the way, you might have forgotten. Our pets are guarding that evil clod black cat back at the mansion."

"Yeah! I forgot", Lily smiles out of embarrassment.

"Jas? Rose?" Max reaches after running to them. "I have met my friend's father to know about the information about Mr. Jackson." Says while gasping. "He hesitated first but after appealing him, he shared some information."

"That's great. What did he say? What's his address?" Jas questions.

"Except when he's on duty, Mr. Jackson always stays either in the office or at the guest house of his assistant. No one knows his house address. Since he's a weird person and attitudinal, no one dares to talk to him freely. But he's a very famous detective, indeed. His dedication towards his work makes him ideal for everyone in the office. That's why my friend's father has hesitated to tell about him at first."

"Godmother's whole family is the same. Outside is different from inside. But very dedicated persons, indeed. Once they have decided to do, no matter what they will do it and show us." Violet extends the explanation.

"Okay, enough", Rose stops them. "We didn't come here to admire neither him nor his family. And remember, beauty is only skin deep."

"You tell one thing, Max. Does no one know his house? At least one person?" Jas stresses again.

"No, I tried but no use," Max replies.

"How about Billionaire?" Jas asks.

"Nick has said, he's on holiday with his wife alone on a faraway island. He won't use the phone naturally on vacation to avoid disruption." Max says.

"At least he may have other friends and they may know", Lily provides a hint.

"Yeah! But, he doesn't have friends as far as everyone knows", Max replies.

"What about his assistant?" Jas comes to the point.

"His assistant? Yeah! They always travel together", Max also agrees. "I'll go and get whereabouts of him", he heads back to Mr. Jackson's office. And after a few minutes, he comes back. "His assistant gone out of the station on a case purpose and will return by tomorrow. I couldn't get his number but here is his address", Max shows the address on a paper.

"Great", Rose rolls out her eyes, "We've to wait till tomorrow."

While they're on the way to the mansion, they come across Chris and Richie. Their car has given trouble, so they have paused at one place and checking their car. Max parks the car near to them and everyone gets down.

"What happened, Chris?" Max concerns.

"Nothing, bro. Just a bit of trouble has given this car", Richie responds.

"Oh! Okay, let me check", Max goes forward, meanwhile, he gets a call. "Yeah! Martin", Max attends the call.

"Bro? Come fast. Sara walked out by crying and there going a serious discussion between Nick and his parents with your mom. I didn't get anything, I'm totally perplexed, bro." Martin speaks on the phone.
