While the party is going on, "What's this, God? Nepenthes is our captive now and the pendant is in my hands...but still can't come to fairyland." Jas speaking with herself a bit away from everyone, while looking at the pendant in her hands. "Why, godmother? Why you have chosen only me?" She curses her. "I can't deceive Nick, cause even though he handover this pendant on his own, he doesn't have any idea that I can only go with this pendant. It's invalid if he gives this pendant without knowing the truth," She gazes at me, where I'm busy talking with others. "On one hand mother and on another hand Nick, it's really paining in my heart." Her eyes have filled with water.
Jas steps towards me to return the pendant to me. After hearing the conversation which is going on among us, she gets hurt and yells at us, "Stop discussing the kiss", she leaves the place with anger.
"Jasmine?" Both Rose and I call her at a time.
"Rose? The responsible person behind this matter has to take responsibility. Let Nick apologize to her", Max stops Rose by holding her shoulder and nods his head at me as a signal. I step behind Jasmine.
"Okay okay, now back to the party mood", Richie cheers them all.
I follow Jasmine. She halts at the balcony of her room. I stand right back at her. I don't know what to talk to her now? But I have to initiate it.
"Ja..Jasmine?" I call her. She doesn't show up her face. "I'm really...really really...sorry. I don't know that everyone will come and extend this...", she slightly turns her face, "stupid...kiss", I complete my sentence while glancing at her. "Are you okay, Jasmine?" I concern her.
"Mmm", she nods and turns back abruptly. She's feeling awkward for something, I think. She starts rubbing her arms crossed for the cold wind. I move closer to her and covers her with my arms behind her with my coat. She startles and then retains calm.

"Jasmine? No more worries. Everything is fine now. We did it together. Also, in the future... I'm ready to...stay by your side." I comfort her. "Wait. What the heck I'm telling now? Did I just spell the words which I hate most in the world? Is it a positive sign or negative?" My thoughts are cracking my brain. Suddenly, Jas's droplets put a halt to my thoughts.
"Nick?" She turns smoothly and raises her face. "I'm really sorry for increasing hopes on me. How far I throw myself away from you, that closer attaching to you again I am. Godmother?" Jas impotent looks and expressions, I didn't understand.
"Jasmine? Do you believe me? Do you understand what I'm trying to convey?" I wipe off her tears with my thumb by holding her. "I want to stay next to you, not only for now. Entire life, dam it", I assure her. She opens her wrist and shows the pendant. She holds it and while placing it on me, "Now smile", I playfully ask. She gives an ordinary smile and puts it on my bosom back. "What's wrong, Jasmine?" I worry about her.
"Nothing, Nick." She says. "Jas? I think it's better to tell him the truth", her inner voice intimates her. This pendant..." She points at the pendant.
