"Where the hell are you taking me?"
He didn't answer hence he only ran faster making me almost stumble on every step.
At last we came to a halt.
With holding hands we followed the stone pathway
"Back then, this secret garden was not part of mom's grandparents' property. But then, my dad bought this for mom on their fifth anniversary and named it after her because this tree was the witness of their first meeting and their love, the reason why they got married here on their sixth year as a couple." he paused for a second an d then continued
"I was only three years old as I watched my old man with his suitcase going out of the house driving his white Benz. That was the start of my questions asking my mom where did dad go, why isn't back yet or if he's even coming back." I can taste the bitterness in his voice.
I looked at his side profile intently with great adoration and pity.
"Mom sugarcoated everything and I was only fourteen when I knew the reason why." he smiled mockingly "Dad, cheated." he swallowed a large bile in his throat and kept his smile.
"I know I haven't fully forgave him yet, but I know I'm already close doing that." he sighed "And I love my sister." he then returned his gaze at the instrument he has.
he started strumming his guitar like it was the one and only way to release the anger he is feeling and hummed along with it
"In another life..." his dark and deep hooded eyes stared mine "I would make you stay." A faint smile appeared on his lips.
I should be the one singing that. I never left Coelth.
