"No!" Bo yelled at the investigator. "Check again, you must've missed something!" She can't believe that... That her sister killed herself. She can't... She won't.

"Duchess, we have checked three times," the investigator tried to explain, "all evidence points to the same conclusion over and over again."

"Well then check again!" She wants to push the man to the floor, take all her aggression out on him, but luckily Korkie managed to catch before she could do such thing. "Auntie stop," he tried to put some sense into her, "let him be."

Frustrated and deeply saddened, Bo turned and walked away, leaving Korkie to deal with the investigator. "Thank you," he said, not sure of saying anything else. The investigator gave a little head nod and left the room.

Once he did, Korkie turned around to see Bo-Katan sitting in the couch. He took in a deep breath before approaching her. "Auntie you can't just be rude like that," he scolded.

She didn't reply anything. Instead, she took deep breaths and rubbed her forehead with her right hand. "Why," she whispered to the air. "Why must you go just because of that."

"Because of what?" Korkie asked instantly the moment he heard his aunt. "Why did she.. killed herself?"

Bo glanced to her side to look at her nephew before motioning him to sit down next to her in the couch. Korkie do what she wanted and made his way to her side.

Once he sat down, Bo started to talk. "Promise me you will never tell anyone," she made him promise first. Korkie gulped before making the deal. "I won't," he promised, and he intends to keep it.

"Years ago, when you were just a newborn, there was a civil war in Mandalore between the traditionalists and the New Mandalorians," she started. She stared at the blank wall, reminiscing the old days when things were much simpler. "Back then, your aunt's life was in danger constantly, bounty hunters and assassins coming  to get her life everyday."

"And then?" he asked, not sure where this is going. Bo looked at him for a second before continuing. "Everyone was worried, so they called the Jedi for help to protect her." A little smile was formed on her face, remembering those memories.

"They send two Jedis, Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi," she told him. "They spent a year on the run, living hand to mouth, never sure what the next day would bring."

"In that year, your aunt and the Jedi Padawan fell in love," Bo whispered. Korkie's furrowed his brows after hearing the surprising news. He looked at her to make sure she's not kidding, and only after seeing her face does he believe those words.

"I thought Jedi aren't supposed to create attachments," Korkie said confusingly and stroked his chin, a move that he had followed from his aunt sometimes she's thinking. Bo-Katan laughed. "They're not supposed to, but they still do."

The small smile now turned more noticeable. "They can't stop their feelings, but they can limit their actions."

"How?" Korkie asked instantly. "They make some rules," she simply told him, "like no kissing."

"What?!" he asked in his disbelief. Bo let out a chuckle. "She never kissed anyone in her life," she added. "How do you know so much?" Korkie slipped up, causing Bo's smile to fade away. "We were close before..." She sighed. "Before your father's death."

Noticing her uncomfort talking about it, Korkie changed the subject immediately. "I can't believe the person who has the most complicated love life out of the three of us is the one who never kiss!" he exclaimed.
