Lumipas pa ang isang buwan, mas naging maayos kami ni Ram. I can't say that our relationship is perfect but we always try to make it work.

I guess the secret to a peaceful relationship is to accept your differences. Na may mga bagay na magkaiba ang paniniwala nyo. And of course, talk it out after.

Aaminin ko... ngayon lang ako naging ganito kaseryoso sa isang relasyon. Dati, kapag may nagiging boyfriend ako, alam kong hindi magtatagal iyon dahil alam ko rin kung ano ang habol nila. I don't try to make it work coz I know that it's just temporary.

But this... this relationship with Ram? I want it permanently. I want it to last.

I want him always in my life.

"Allura, may dapat ka bang sabihin sa akin?"

Isang linggo matapos kong aminin sa mga kaibigan ko na kami na nga ni Ram, pinapunta ako ni Daddy sa study room at tinanong ako nyan. I was nervous at first but I kinda expected this.

I know for sure that he will know it eventually. Mabilis kumalat ang balita lagi tungkol sa akin. And of course, it's a big scoop that I'm dating my bodyguard.

I've received some question about it from my friends. Bakit daw si Ram? Ang sagot ko... bakit hindi si Ram?

Hindi ko sya kinakahiya. He's way better than my rich exes who's only ruled by their libidos.

And what's wrong on being a bodyguard? They're protecting and securing our safety. They deserve more recognition than being a laughingstock just because of their profession.

I inhaled sharply and looked at my father.

"I have a boyfriend, Dad..." I said bravely.

Like I said, I never kept my relationship a secret. Lalo na 'to. Hinding hindi ko itatago.

"And who's the luck guy, hija?"

When I saw him smiled... I knew. I knew he's happy. Alam kong alam nya kung sino at nakikita kong hindi sya tutol.

"Arson Ramirus Alfarez, Dad." I answered.

Ngumiti sya at binaba ang eye glasses sa lamesa. That's his favorite guy.

"Boyfriend mo pala, hija, bakit nasa labas at hindi mo papasukin para naman makapag-usap kami?"

Nanlaki ang mata ko.

"Daddy... don't ruin this for me," Banta ko.

"Of course, hija. I just wanna talk to him!" Halakhak nya.

"Don't ruin my image!"

"Alam nya na iyon, hija, panigurado."

"Dad!"

"Allura Chianti, I will just really talk to him. Kailan ba ako tumutol sa mga naging relasyon mo?"

With that, I sighed. He's right.

I'm just nervous! Noong nalaman kasi ni Achlys, sinugod nya kami ni Ram! Saktong naghahalikan kami noon sa kwarto ko kaya agad nyang sinuntok!

And you know what my brother said after punching him?

"Boto ako sayo."

Iyan! Iyan ang sinabi nya! The fuck, right?! Nanapak muna bago sabihin na boto sya! And after saying that, he just left us! Parang walang nangyari at iniwan kami roon! I can't fucking believe my brother!

I am just paranoid right now. What if my Dad do what he did? Parehas pa naman silang protective ni Achlys pagdating sa akin!

"Daddy, don't punch him, please..." I pouted.
