Rule 1: The customer is always right. Rule 2: If the customer is ever wrong, read Rule 1.” – Stew Leonard’s Grocery Store Customer Policy.

I began the day with a call that blew me off my feet and if I was fair skinned, I would mostly be red all over. Believe me when I say it wasn't funny at all.

To be painted blue, black and blue then black and blue again is heart breaking painful. Not been able to solve an issue tears me apart but to be told so, in so many words does a lot for my self esteem. I mean, why? 😧

Dear Customer, we are humans too, you know.

Anyway, so the Engineers went to their place and discovered that not only were they overshooting their bandwidth. They had a zillion devices connected. ( 😗)

If you're have more than 5 employees then for goodness sake get a faster bandwidth. I was a mixture of cross and annoyed.

However it all ended well for me, I got praised for keeping my cool, everything was explained in detail and my remaining clients were so nice and understanding I wondered if they knew what had happened. One even prayed for me. ☺️

Oh well, when life gives you angry and pressured clients, it also in turn sends overcompensative clients.

By the way, I think something is up with the office clown. He isn't been himself and by himself, I mean been funny. He greets, smiles but no jokes. I sincerely hope he is fine.
