I had rode to college, it took me about half an hour. Mike explained to them that I'd be late most days because of the distance. I got off the bike, and walked to what seemed like the entrance. I saw a wall of people come at me all at once, some left their jaws on the floor and some looked at me in envy. I knew wearing leather trousers would bring some attention but I felt good, I even dyed my hair again. It was black this time, I always kept it the same length and style. I wore my boots, and a black laced crop top.

I walked in and a girl approached me, she seemed like a nice girl.
She's really pretty no doubt, she wore camouflage trousers and a hoodie. "Hi, you must be Chloe Stone. I'm Poppy, I'm on the same course as you and I've been told to show you around" Poppy smiled and I shook her hand, "Nice to meet you poppy" and she walked beside me and said "I have to say I love your outfit Chloe" Poppy complimented and I replied "Thank you poppy, I like yours too. I'm only wearing this because I rode on my motorbike" I was a little modest, "So, why did you chose music if you don't mind me asking?".
"I've always been able to express myself through music, music for me is like drugs but it's good for you" I joked and she laughed "That's very true, have you ever written music?" She asked as we walked into a room with a stage and piano in the middle of the stage, "I play guitar, I've got a few originals" and she seemed impressed, "Well, the music teacher let us have this room for today. She'll be here later but if you want to, I'd like to hear you sing" Poppy said gesturing towards the microphone in the middle of the stage. I walked over and she asked "What song would you like to sing?" I thought of the perfect song, "Wake me up when September ends, it's a song that I really relate to and if you want to know about an Irish basket case, this song is it" I said and she laughed "Okay, whenever your ready Chloe" and I took a deep breath and then the teacher came in, and she stood in the door way smiling at me as I began to sing.
Then the room was filled with people as I got to the chorus, people cheered and I felt good.
Poppy was blown away, and I stopped the song.
The room erupted in applause, "Chloe, wow!" The teacher said as she came up on stage, "Well, I hope I didn't damage anyone's hearing" and she laughed "Oh, you were great! Your voice is beautiful, and you really owned the song it was like it was your own song".
I went outside and I could've sworn I saw Jack, I walked behind him and I was right.
"Jack?" I asked and he turned around, with a shocked expression on his face. "Chloe?! What are you doing here?!" Jack said as he hugged me, "I had to move because the college I was at wasn't running the music course anymore, how's Liam?" Jack smiled "Yeah he's fine, he asks about you a lot" That made me happy knowing he was still thinking about me, but why is jack here? I wondered.
"I miss him, but what are you doing here? Gone back to school?" I joked and he laughed "No, I was... err" Jack hesitated and my smile dropped as I got serious "Jack, is he here?" I felt my heart pound against the wound in my chest, I wasn't ready for his next words......
