To the nights we spent

That night was filled of judgement, anger and mistooking of place. I cried myself to sleep that night, i just couldn't stop crying, i received many painful words that even a dog would be hurt.

In the meantime, i gather myself up, putting it together. Kinaumagahan rin ay pumasok na ako, it's monday, and it is the Band Night. Tonight would be the highlight of my day, i hope i would do good, even though marami akong iniisip ngayon. Hindi ko na rin yun natutukan kagaya ng nakaraan, pero i think we would do good.

The day started well, i just listen to my lecturers, take some notes and chat with my friends like nothing happened. I don't want them to know what happened last night, i kept ignoring Walter's messages because i'm too busy crying, i'm sure he's worried.

Feeling ko rin alam na ng mga kaibigan ko kung bakit hindi ako masyadong masaya today, they would be thinking it is because of the Band night, or because my mom bursted her anger to me again.

At the end of the day, i only got myself. I have people around me but i don't like them to be worried, pero kapag sumusobra na, i could just let it out. But in the meantime, i will just console myself.

The classes ended, i went back to my condo to change dome clothes, I wore a off-shoulder and a denim palda then i wore a sandals. Inayos ko rin ang buhok ko ng kulot, naglagay rin ako ng light makeup para naman hindi maging halata ang eyebags ko.

I got a text from Walter too, he says that he'll see me at the band night, and i just said yes. I think he would understand, i will just do my best to win this round.

I arrived at the university at exactly 10 PM, the competition will start at 11. Nakita ko na rin sila Selene at Aiden, parang tanga nga si Aiden dahil nag iinhale exhale pa siya, siya ata ang pinaka kinakabahan samin, parang tanga lang.

"Woi, umayos ka nga para kang tanga, ano yan breathing excercise?" Sabi pa ni Selene, tinataas taas niya pa ang mga daliri niya na sinasabayan naman ni Aiden sa paghinga niya, sa huli tinawanan ko na lang sila dahil para lang mga tanga. "Let's win this okay? Kaya natin to, kalmado lang.." Aiden said.

"You have the guts to tell us to stay calm Aiden huh? Gaga, ikaw nga nag iinhale exhale diyan na parang kabadong kabado." Binatukan ko siya, ngumuso naman siya at nilagay na lang sa guitara ang tingin. Silang dalawa ni Selene ang mag gguitara, dahil malungkot naman ang kanta na tutugtugin ay okay lang na walang drums.

A few minutes passed, they are a lot of people that arrived, may ibang nagtatawanan, may iba rin namang sobrang kinakabahan. Our group just stay calm as possible, lalo na ako. Baka manginig nginig or pumiyok pa ang boses ko kapag kinakabahan ako, so i pull myself together.

I haven't seen Walter yet, maybe they are in the backstage, nasa harapan lang kasi kami ng pwesto ngayon, nakaupo. Nagcecelphone lang kami, ako naman pa twitter twitter lang. I just tweeted "D-Day."
and Walter liked it, and someone commented "Good luck"

"Obob mo sa ML Selene, pang cod ka lang talaga. Kaya ghinoghost ka ng mga kaharutan mo eh, weakshit ka kasi! pang COD ka lang boi!" Trinashtalk ni Aiden si Selene, inirapan naman siya ni Selene. They looked so calm, sana all.

I placed my feet on the the other chair, i just chilled. Tumitingin rin ako sa paligid, baka sakaling makita ko si Walter, but why am i looking for him? Maybe i'm just thrilled because we are close, not really that close but we are enemies in this fight, i hope lady luck would side me today.

"Good Evening Students! The Ban—" The emcee stopped because of the loud cheers inside of the gym, there are a lot of people actually. "The band night would start now! Thank you for staying up and waiting for this night! Goodluck for those who would perform!". We stood up in our seats and went to the Backstage, at last i saw Walter talking to someone, his hair is well brushed up, he's wearing a v-neck long sleeve top, a stripes one, and wore a simple pants and his usual sneakers. He looks so calm, mukha ring hindi siya kinakabahan.
