Unexpected Something

Who's this lady?

After a while he walked to her and said "Sleep early." And started walking to his study.

"Don't you have to sleep?" She asked.

"Nope." He replied.

"But why? Do you think yourself a superhero? Iron-man?" She joked.

"Maybe." He replied.

"You're so full of yourself." Her expression changed

"Maybe." Another boring reply.

"Shut up and you'll be sleeping early from now on." She said in a commanding tone.

"And why do you care?" He leaned towards her and spoke near her ears giving her goosebumps.

"Ahh?" She was shocked. Why does this man always ask this question?

He leaned over to her and held her up.

"Leave me you pervert. Put me down" she shouted.

"Didn't you say that you wanted to sleep with me?" He said.

"Hey I didn't mean that put me down you perverted weirdo." She struggled all the way to their room.

He put her on the bed and rubbed her head and if he was rubbing a pet.

"Sleep early, or you'll be late for work tomorrow." He spoke and then left.

"What?" Arien was left back in a daze. "This man is really unpredictable."

She was tired from working and cooking so she fell asleep.

In the study, Devian's phone rang and he picked up.

"Director, Robert is actually dead. He died in a car accident four months ago. The person we spotted was his older brother. He has been living with Robert's name since then.

"Robert's elder brother?" He frowned. "This is becoming more complicated." He spoke.

"We're only able to see what they're making us see." Dean reported.

Then Devian walked back to his room. Arien was soundly sleeping. He walked to the other side of the bed and layed. Then he pulled Arien in his arms and looked at her pretty face. Holding her he fell asleep.

Next day when Arien woke up she felt that the pillow was warm.

"Huh?" She looked up only to meet Devian's eyes "not again" she sat up.

"Awake?" Devian sat beside her. "So early?" he teased her it was 6 in the morning.

"Why am I always getting up like this?" Arien thought. "I will sleep. You woke me up so early." Arien spoke lying back.

"Okay." Devian smiled. His face was so handsome. Arien could not move her eyes away until he went into the bathroom.

"This man!" She pulled the quilt over her face to hide her flushed red face.

Suddenly she felt that her body was pressed by something heavy. Somebody was hugging her tightly. So tight that she almost chocked.

"I missed you." A sweet voice of a girl came from over her.

"Who's she? Devian's girlfriend?" She thought and tried to push her.

"Come on you never sleep so late get up." Saying that the girl pulled the quilt away.

"Ahh....!" Both the girls exclaimed.

"Who are you?"

"Who are you?"

Both looked at each other and cried at the same time.

Devian walked out of the bathroom and looked at both the girls.

"Who's she?"

"Who's she?"

Both asked the same question the same time with the same expression in their face which made Devian hard to believe that they are meeting for the first time.

By their actions it seemed that they were sisters by blood. He nodded helplessly, then started to introduce them in his usual cold tone.

He pointed to the girl then looking at Arien he said "She's my elder sister, Julien Lyle."

"Elder Sister!" Arien exclaimed with excitement.

Then he pointed at Arien, looked at Julien and said "She's my wife, Arien Jenner."

"Wife?" Julian was shocked. "When did you marry? Why didn't you tell me?" She jumped up.

"And what would you do if I tell you?" He raised his eyebrows. "Arien go freshen up." He said and looked back at Julien "And Miss Julie, come with me." He spoke as if ordering.

Julie looked at Arien and smiled "How do you tolerate living with this heartless robot?"

"I teach him good lessons everyday." Arien replied and both of them burst into laughter leaving Devian confused.

"Okay so my sister-in-law, freshen up. I'll have to get some tips from you then." Julien got up and walked out pushing Devian out as well.

Arien suddenly became very happy. Now she'll have someone to talk to, in this house. She was so happy that she ran to get ready.

She walked downstairs and saw that Julian was sitting on the dining table, looking at her. She smiled and walked to her.

"Sister-in-law, come sit." She patted the seat beside her.

Arien sat down beside her.

Arien looked around but Devian was nowhere to be seen.

"He has left. He told me to inform you that he has applied a leave for you. Today we'll be spending the whole day together which means I could get the tips to control my cold brother." Julien chatted.

"Ohh.. yes and I could know more about him." Arien was excited earlier but now she didn't know what else to say.

"Now my dear sister-in-law, tell me what happened?" Julien asked curiously. "I mean, how did you married? Tell me from the beginning."

"Actually, I dunno how but...." Arien didn't know what Devian told her about their marriage.

"He has been so off about marriage. He actually didn't liked girls at all. Sometimes I had doubts about his likes. I even thought that he had interest in men actually. I wonder how he agreed." Julien kept talking. "Tell me what did you do to make him agree for marriage?" She asked.

"I actually didn't do anything. It was he who forced me to sign the marriage certificate." Arien answered.

"Is that so?" Julien ate. "That means he was pestering you?"

"No that's not what I mean. Actually he... I seriously don't know why he forced me." Arien told the truth about their marriage.

They chatted while having breakfast. Arien had no mood to eat. She didn't know why she was down.

After chatting with Julien Arien realized that she was actually very easy going person. And the way she called her 'sister-in-law' was really very warm.

"I've seen care in Devian's eyes when he looked at you this morning." Suddenly Julien stated that.

"I... Don't know..." Arien's face turned red and she started blushing.

"See... you too are the same." Julien looked at her and smiled. "I didn't know that my sister-in-law will be so beautiful." She pinched Arien's cheeks.

"You are more beautiful." Arien smiled back.

Suddenly Julien's phone rang, she answered.

After she hung up she smiled apologetically to Arien and said, "I'll have to leave to visit an old friend. I'm really sorry sister-in-law. I'll come early."
