Arien's head was heavy and she didn't want to argue. Everything was already blurred in front of her.

She layed quietly on the bed and closed her eyes.

"Miss, the young master asked me to give you this." Luke came and spoke.

Arien opened her eyes and saw a bag in his hands.

"Okay." Arien smiled. "Please say thanks to your young master." She added.

That time she didn't see his face clearly. She could not remember his face. But she knew that this man was kind-hearted. He helped her and saved her from the thugs. So she has to thank him for his help.

"Yes miss." Luke left the room and came to the man at the next room.

"She called someone from my phone." Luke said.

"Trace the number, find who the person is." He ordered.

"Yes master."

Emily kept hiding from Devian. She didn't want to answer any questions.

Devian went out but saw nobody there, neither Arien nor Emily.

Thinking that they might have gone inside he went in. He was worried.

Emily sat between the group of people to avoid Devian.

"Yes brother Leo?" Emily spoke childishly.

"Where is Arien?" He asked.

"Sister Arien? She got a call from her friend and went out saying it was an emergency. She said that she won't be able to come today. She asked me to tell you to not bother her." Emily was well prepared with a lie.

Devian knew that Arien's friends were important for her and there was no problem in her, meeting them any time.

Emily was so fluent in her lies that Devian didn't see through it.

He got busy with the guests in the banquet.

He wanted to call her but he left his phone in his room and even thought that she would get disturbed so he finally left the thought of calling her.
