Once again, there you were.

Cheering and teasing on your younger brother, hearing your enthusiastic voice, those bright of yours.

God, you'd be the death of him.

You distracted him from coaching and each time he noticed and tried to get back to helping the team he scoffed.

Ukai sometimes asks himself if you notice how distracting you could be to him.

He really prays that you don't. That would be so embarrassing, and he doesn't know how'd you react.

He doesn't even know if you're gay. For christ's sake, he didn't even know his own sexuality.

Sighing again he crosses his arm and tries to focus on the practice match at hand, but your cheering is so god damn distracting.

Sometimes he wishes he played and you'd cheer for him like that

He doesn't even know how he developed this crush of his, you guys barely talked. Kageyama, your younger brother, had said you came to visit him and wanted to cheer him on.

That was the only reason you were there. He shouldn't get his hopes up thinking you'd come and talk to him. Sure you're around the same age, but hell you're probobly not even interested in him.

At least that's what he thought.

The practice went by smoothly, the boys were doing pretty well.

The team talked with him a little until Nishinoya snickered and ushered everyone towards somewhere else.

Ukai raises a brow towards their weird actions until a warm hand gets into contact with his shoulder and he feels your warm breath near his ear

"You're a really good coach, you know that right?"

"Oh, uh, yeah. Uhm thanks!" He fumbles with his hands and tries to act cool, but that didn't work too well

Hearing your chuckle kind of made him feel a bit better from embarrassing himself but he didn't forget the nervousness building up inside of him.

If only he knew you were as nervous as he was.

You hadn't know Ukai for long but you were quite fond of him already. His nervousness seemed out of character since he looked so stoic when you first met, but it adds to his character you thought.

Kageyama suddenly runs up to you with a small smile, woah this is new.

"Hey, can i stay at Hinatas tonight?"

You let out a chuckle when you see Hinata jumping right beside him waiting for your answer.

"Of course. Do you have spare clothes?"

"Yep!" He says, swiftly running behind Hinata when he sees that the orange haired boy took his bag.

Ukai took this opportunity to start a conversation with you, "I can't believe you guys are brothers. He never even said he had siblings"
