Sea's POV
The next day after the whole surprise visit. aunty lucy left to stay at her childhood home that is two cities away from Jam and her father, weird that the famous Mrs. Mantuazon suddenly leaves for a sudden vacation but since it was their family's business we never bothered to consult or ask them about it.
the squad left for school as i stay here at home alone since i don't have a morning class. Alone in a huge and empty house i felt scared and uneasy
"How could Cid love living alone like this" i groaned and grabbed my bag locking the house deciding to go out for a walk around the city before i go to school for some afternoon classes.
Walking around this busy place called luna street with open roof setting, a lot of food stands and an amazing ambiance for young people. i decided to stay here and read my notes.
But unfortunately i guess this place is too popular because the tables are already filled with groups of people, feeling anxious between the choice if i should just find another place to kill my time. Torn about my dilemma a guys that is taller than me approached me clutching some papers in his hands.
"Uhmm.....hi are you alone you can sit with me if you want" he smiled lively and pointed the table with books and papers scattered on top of it.
Turning my attention back to him i asked to clarify "Are you sure you seem busy there" he only smiled as a reply and lead me to his table gathering his papers to his side to create a space for me.
"What a sweet gesture" i smiled and pondered inside my head. Taking my notes out i remembered that i didn't introduced myself properly which i think is necessary.
"Uhmm.....i'm Sea by the way" i said my hands still inside my bag, he looked up to me and giggled which got me puzzled a little.
"I know......Rylene talks about her friends every time we hangout" he says
"Pardon?" i asked.
"I'm Caden Oraño. i'm sure you heard of me"
I quickly made an 'O' sound with my mouth and giggled.
"i never would have recognized you......you're so far from their description" i snickered obviously catching his attention because he stopped flipping through his book and stared at me.
I quickly felt flustered, i evaded his gaze that was clearly asking for an answer.
"Ohh~how did they described me?" He asked with a taunting but jokey tone. i swiftly looked up to check if he is still staring at me "yup still staring" i pondered and awkwardly laughed.
"Jam and Rylene described you as sporty"
"Oh~i'm not that stereotypical guy that plays basketball and automatically wants to be an all star someday"
"Then what would you want to be" I asked as
he stopped for a second and grinned looking at his books.
"I want to be a captain in the sky" Caden smiled ever so softly like he's still a child dreaming to fly one day. we end up talking the whole time he told me that its been his dream since he first rode a plane, Caden impressed me and earned respect from me because of the fact that he has three different part time jobs one of them is being a waiter just to support himself with his essentials, no need to worry about tuition since he is a scholars like me.
After a few hours of reading my notes and chatting with Caden we decided to say goodbye since we both have classes to attend, i fixed my things and stuffed them in my bag.

my phone notified me for a message but as soon as i read it i quickly dashed in panic leaving Caden confused.
