Jam and Archie went back to their usual routine of texting, meeting and just being a normal couple, For Jam Archie is this person he can comfortably love without worries because she trust him, dates with no competition, talks without argument and love without secrets? We all know that last one is far fetch. Every relationship has its own bright sides and downsides they say in a relationship you would feel what your other half would feels but why does Jam feels uneasy to the point that she questions their relationship.
Mr. Lorenz sent the class to explore the university to sketch some landscape or some random place in the university, both of them laid on the grass of the field in a cloudy and nice weather day where no one picked as a place to sketch. Archie used Jams legs as a pillow while he sketch the soccer field and Jam sketching the actual field they're in. The sound of their pencil gliding across their paper fills in the empty and silent atmosphere between the two.
In the middle of sketching Archie speaks out.
"My lady?" Oh how Jam missed that nickname, inside her heart she knows she feels better and better when she hears her lover's voice softly calling her many nicknames My lady, my sun and more.
"yes? My prince?" she mentally scolds herself because of that sudden cringey change of nickname. But I guess Archie didn't mind.
"it feels like you're still angry at me" he pouts sitting directly in front of Jam, so close that Jam could tell what color Archie's eyes are.
"I not mad Archie now move or I'll have no choice but to just draw your eyes" when Jam said this Archie grins and came in closer placing his hands on Jam's face cupping it as he looks down on Jam's lips, imagine Jam with her legs crisscross and Archie's legs spread to two direction so he could come in closer. [a/n: I wish this is understandable]
"maybe I should just draw your lips it looks better than any other landscapes" He then hugs her burying his face on the crook of Jams neck breathing in the scent of Jam's favorite perfume memorizing it's captivating scent, marking it as "my Jam's scent" in his head.
Jam only closed her eye following Archie's small swaying from side to side like they're listening to some music that makes you relax but in reality they are only following the beats of their heart synchronizing into one thing.
Jam was wondering what is happening they're just swaying side to side while holding each other with a smile stuck on their faces, it's something unknown yet comforting.
"please know I love you so much and since when we're official it only grows stronger to the point that I can't understand myself anymore" Jam heart couldn't melt any further, of course metaphorically but it feels like it.
"I love you too" she says.
"please don't leave me " Jam said underneath her heavy sigh.
Archie stopped swaying and cups Jam's face only to press his lips on his lover's soft lips for a sweet and warm kiss. Well Jam, Jam couldn't be more happier than she already is as if all of her worries and problem just stops for a good second. Jam's eyes fluttered shut close and choose to sink in this kiss, explore their own world where nothing is an issue.
Archie explored every caverns of Jam's lips and mouth from a sweet kiss to a sloppy and heated interaction was suddenly stopped when Jam pulled away to breath.
All of a sudden Jam felt embarrassed and quickly cover her face and hid in Archie's embrace.
"I'm sorry"
Archie laughs and uncovers Jam's face by grabbing her wrists unveiling a pink girl.
"why are you always apologizing?" he said blowing on Jam's face as if she's a candle, well she is burning right now so it's kind of logical.
"I don't know" Jam laughs as Archie gives her a short kiss on her lips, cheek and forehead, Jam giggling at the process.
"Ahemmm"
The couple swiftly turned their heads to the noise and saw Mr. Lorenz and Mr. Quero with their arms cross and eyebrows raised.
"why are they here together?" Archie whispers as he help Jam stand up from the grass.
Jam snickers while dusting her clothes " I don't know but I get the feeling that they're dating" she proudly smiles as Archie reacts so happily.
"really?" He asked while they walk up to the professors.
Jam only nods and smiles at the both of them in front of her.
"I instructed you guys to draw not to be all lovey dovey in the middle of the field"
Mr. Lorenz said softly but knowing Mr. Quero he wouldn't be as calm.
"Archie what the heck you're literally in the middle of the field.....you could've chosen a much private place" This made Jam to ignite red and Mr. Lorenz to chuckle.
"well....you could've told me that you're dating Mr. Lorenz what nice older brother you are" Mr. Lorenz and Jam shouted out "BROTHER?"
"Ohhhh so you're not going to deny it huh Mr. Lorenz"
"I-" Mr. Lorenz was left speechless and Jam really entertained.
Yes, Mr. Quero and Archie are brother, step brothers is the proper term Archie's mom got remarried to Mr. Queros father but he decided to keep his last name to keep a part of his diseased father with him and they never had an issue with that since they are surprisingly close for someone who isn't blood related.
The story just keeps on unraveling.
"Congrats and good luck with my brother Mr. Lorenz I heard from his EX that he is a real monster in bed" Archie cackles and grabs Jam hand and made a run for it, Jam a little embarrassed for what her boyfriend said to the couple shouts out her apologies.
