∆ Chapter 39 Don't fall ∆

Rylene POV

It's been two weeks since we found out about Maria and Grey, one night Maria just went home blushing and cheerful we asked her and what she said was really confusing for us "Stell set me free" I mean we can see she is miserable with Grey but we completely freaked out when she explained that he was blackmailing her this whole time, we didn't took it to well that we actually reported him so he wouldn't do it to other girls. Cid finally asked Maeven into a real relationship, and after that luck just stroked like crazy because Eshan called us for a glorious news, her doctor said that after one more week of therapy and observation they're sure that she is completely cured and will be listed as a survivor, The squad cried so much that when we drove to the hospital we almost hit a parked car because Cid had teary eyes.

We also noticed Sea spending a lot of her free time with Caden and occasionally with us her friends.

Princess has often raised hands to do the grocery shopping for us, weird because she actually doesn't like waiting in long lines at the supermarket but who are we to say no.

Mae is almost finish with her learning course and after that her parents will hand her a small branch to practice on and it will probably  progress in time, we will be rooting for her of course. For me it's been great my parents really wanted me to move out but Princess's parent somehow managed to convinced them to let me go which dropped off few of my problems. Our latest problem is Jam this is why.....

Princess focus

Princess was strolling down the noddle section with Ilhan spending the only time they have together, it's a good thing his manager isn't scolding him yet because Princess really hates shopping alone she only does it because she badly wants to hang out with Ilhan but she couldn't bring herself to ask him properly.

"Have you noticed Caden and Sea, one time Caden even rejected us just to study with Sea at the library" Ilhan said watching Princess read the foreign noddles she just picked up.

"Yeah Sea has been the ' don't bother me when I'm studying' person but we're happy that she chills once in a while......it's nice to see her taking an interest on someone" She said grabbing eight more of that noddle and adding them in her cart.

"I guess but....." Princess glanced at Ilhan worried reading his facial expression.

"but what?"

"But I suggest Sea not to completely fall for Caden" he said scratching his forehead.

"ohh do you like Sea?" Princess said disappointed walking forward grabbing ramen this time, Ilhan snickered and grabs the cart for her.

"No you stupid midget.....you know I only like you" Princess didn't know if she should feel flustered or offended.

"then what is it?" She said sliding that topic for next time.

"Well Caden recently got an invitation to attend a school who mainly prioritize students who want to be a pilot someday as his friends we know that he's been waiting for this even before he got that Demetior scholarship" Ilhan explained with Princess standing there sympathizing her friend.

"but we've never seen her so happy with someone before" Princess said hugging the bag of marshmallow, Ilhan took it away scolding her that he is still an employee of the store and hugging the food isn't allowed in the store.

"Anyway its they're problem.....my problem right now is I can't see a way to ask you out" He said crouching to Princess's height making the girl feel bashful.

"so~ Sunday afternoon maybe?" They got to the empty counter, Ilhan personally checking her purchase out and neatly placing them in her reusable bags.

"Yeah Sunday afternoon" Princess said carrying her groceries after she blow a kiss to Ilhan, mouthing her goodbye.

Jam POV

Archie is once again not here, I tried to ask Mr. Quero about Archie's on and off absences but the man just shrugs and say

"maybe he doesn't feel like going to school today" Mr. Quero is the only one I could approach when I want to ask about Archie, I can't really ask his friends since my skin is not thick enought to even say hi.

And when I text him he always leaves me at read and sometimes that doesn't sit well with me being left with a read and no response but I get it though I'm lazy when it comes to texting that's why I always call him instead.

Rowan has always sat beside me in class when Archie is not around, since the day our contract went down with my father's imprisonment he stopped pushing himself and quit flirting around with me he said that he felt obligated to follow his parent, and I get that so after all that drama we settled with being friends which is a relief because I really don't see myself with Rowan, having him as a friend is more than enough.It's almost a week Eshan's looking so well and her doctors said that she will stay in the hospital for one more day and she's finally free to go.

From here on out I just wish everything would go smoothly.

Sea focus

"My gosh it's not eXpresso it's eSpresso" Sea corrects him.

"It's seriously the same Sea" Caden sniggered as he hands the nice barista his payment.

"It is but when you say it......it sounds weird" She laughs thanking the barista and walked together to a vacant table, It's been two weeks since they're first hanged out that day Caden took Sea's bag as a hostage to all kinds of stuff they went to the mall and strolled for a bit after that they just spent the rest of their time eating and chatting at the same time, and since then Caden would always ask her to "hang out"

"you are such a snob just to informed you" Caden teased her as they sit down facing each other, Sea suddenly felt very uncomfortable with that statement that she actually kept her mouth shut for a good second to non-verbally tell him that his joke is not funny.

Caden looked up from his phone wondering why the girl isn't responding, He saw Sea trying hard not to look irritated and uncomfortable, which he oddly found adorable so instead of apologizing Caden just grinned proudly until he heard Sea's phone ding.

Sea read her message and looked up to Caden now completely irritated "what's wrong?"

"If you think I'm such a snob then why bother invite me to hang out stupid dumb ass" Sea stabbed him with her words as she stand up and walk out the shop.

"Wha- what the hell?......Sea" he laughs as he follows her out.

Caden was trailing behind the girl talking to someone on her phone and it looks like she is having a fight with that someone.

"But sir you said it yourself- it's next Friday" She complies not holding up right to their conversation and suddenly this happened......

"No sir I can't possibl- hello sir?" Sea looked at her phone horrified her professor ended the call, The girl slowly sat down with her hands rubbing her eyes and hitting her head when she squats down to the ground she immediately hugged her legs covering her face, Caden squats in front of her and placed his hands on her shoulder Caden noticed a sniffle and began feeling worried "what's wrong Sea?"

As soon as he asked that Sea stands up, they both did but Sea faced the opposite direction not facing Caden "Nothing is wrong I'll been going now" She said quickly calling a cab "but-" he didn't get to finish when he saw Sea slammed the door shut with her eyes sparkling with tears as the cab drives away.

"how can I leave you if I'm leaving you like this"
