∆ Chapter 35 Promise ∆

The sun is high up in the sky mid morning, the squad stayed up all night only sleeping when it's twelve o'clock, talking about the usual stuff, life, relationship, and issues. The things that the world revolves in so casually. The first one to wake up is Jam who grabbed a book from the shelves and made coffee, the early riser didn't bother waking up the rest since they all look so tired from laugh all night long. It pleased her that the weather is nice to unfold a chair and read outside taking in the lovely scenery of the lake sparkling because of the light the sun gives it.

Jam quietly reads through the pages of the book not being bother by a single cell, just absorbed in this whole new reality she calls "between the book covers" although she thinks she's an introvert for reading too much books she also thinks she is an extrovert because she love's someone else's company but all in all she is pure ambivert. All though Jam is sometimes outgoing she has a problem with meeting people who gives off a wrong first impression, this might be changeable but first impression is really important for her because that will forever determine her view on someone even if that certain person changes.

when she read at least five chapters and got hungry, she walks in to the kitchen to cook something for brunch. But of course she won't be cooking alone when Sea and Princess woke up, bed hair and everything making Jam secretly laugh, it's been a while since they had a good sleep that results their hair to be so untamed like that.

"Breakfast?" Princess said in a raspy morning voice as Sea entered the bathroom, Jam snickered while cracking four eggs into a bowl to make an omelet "Brunch sweetie~"

"Brunch?" sleepy as she is she twisted her body to look at the wall clock in the kitchen.

"oh" She yawned rubbing her eyes awake. Sea then comes in again.

"What's for breakfast?" and again Jam found it funny that her friends can't sense the time by just the sun's position, it is obviously late.

"Brunch.....now help me cook" Jam hands her half-awake friend a spatula now watching the egg cook. Princess who moved to the living room to look for something to do later then she found a ukulele randomly playing unknown chords

"Princess wake up the sloths" Jam calmly made her voice louder from the kitchen checking the rice cooker almost done with its job and prepared the plates.

"Okay~" she said with a plan forming inside her head, she went upstairs in this dark and cold room, she first turned off the AC and quickly opened the dark and heavy curtains letting in some light.

"step one and two complete......now for step three"

Princess smirked and ready her ukulele and began singing a song everyone can sing along to.

"Happy birthday to youuuuuu happy birthday to youuuuu.....happy birthdayyyyy tooooo youuuu~~~~~"

Sea who came up to get a hair tie cackled at her friends who are probably annoyed now, Cid groaned mumbling "Go away" hiding inside her blanket.

Jam heard singing so she covered the food and climbed up to the room to see the funny situation.

"Happy. Birthhhhhh dayyyyyy dearrr babiessss happyy birthday toooo youuuu" she finished with a pose but only managed to wake up Maria who is fixing her bed and also laughing when Princess and Sea tugs on the blankets of Cid, Mae, Rylene, Era and Eshan.

"Come on it's still early" one of them said but they couldn't recognize it since it's so distorted by the blanket or a pillows.

"Actually it's already noon" Jam said making her friends groan forcing them out of bed.
