#22 - Huang Renjun

It was the day of the concert, we were currently back stage getting makeup done and we had our outfits on.

"5 minutes guys." Our manager told us. I felt nervous since this was my first time at a concert performing, but I was confident that it'd be okay. Since I was the only member that spoke Japanese, they asked me if I could do a speech at the end of the concert to all the Japanese fans.

The artists finished our makeup and we went on the side, getting ready to walk out. The music started for boom, and we went out and formed a line.

We did the choreography, me and Renjun singing Haechan's parts.

The next song was ridin' and we started that one, the fans going crazy.

When we finished with all of our songs we stood in a line spaced out on the big camera. The boys signaled for me to go ahead, so I yelled out 'What's up Japan!!'

"Did everyone enjoy the show?" I asked the fans. The all yelled out 'Hai!'

"Thank you all for supporting nct and nct dream!" I said. They all made awe sounds and yelled. I was about to start talking again when a japanese male fan yelled out 'I LOVE YOU JINJI' the fans started laughing and so did I. I translated it to Chenle next to me and he laughed as well.

"Whoever said that I love you too!" I yelled back. The fans laughed again.

"I hope that we can come back to Japan and see you all again, and I hope to see some of you at the fan sign. Thank you Japan!" I ended. The fans yelled back some things as we walked off stage. We left that place, going to the the fan sign instead.

A few minutes after we were sitting and talking to each other the fans started coming in. A girl started with Renjun who was first, and made her way down the line. When she got to me she spoke in Japanese instead of Korean, and I spoke back to her. She moved over to Chenle as another fan came to me.

"Omg Hi Jinji!!" The girl said. She was small and had candy like eyes. She handed me an album, which I signed while talking to her. The next fan came and he was a younger boy.

"Jinji noona! Youre so pretty." He cooed while admiring my face.

"Thank you." I replied with a pure smile. He moved over to Chenle when we were done talking but Jaemin was still talking to the girl he was with. I looked out to the audience and looked at each phone that was recording me. One fan yelled 'Aegyo' which I was not excited about. I made my cheeks puffy and put a piece sign up to my eye. I laughed and waved at the camera again.

"Hi Jinji!" The girl that Jaemin was talking to said.

"Hello, whos this to?" I asked the girl.

"Jinji." She replied. I looked up at her with slightly wide eyes.

"You're name is Jinji too?" I asked. She nodded cutely and smiled. I scrunched my nose and signed
'To my name twin :) -jinji'

After everyone at the fan sign was done we had tons of gifts from the fans and we were all tired. I kept all the stuffed animals with me, not letting the staff take them. I know the fans got plenty of pictures and videos of me being pouty and acting like a baby with the animals.

How could I help myself, there was an adorable pig stuffed animal that made me so happy when the fan gave it to me, and there were two dinosaurs being a mom and a baby dinosaur which was so adorable, and 2 monkey stuffed animals, one being slightly bigger and the other one just a normal sized. Either way I loved them all. The last one that I got was from a girl who told me that it was good luck, and it was a baby hippo.

I loved how fans took their time to figure out my favorite animals.
