#22 - Huang Renjun

It's been about a year with nct and the amount of love and support i've received in the last 11 months and 18 days is incredulous. The boys and I are all very close now and they're all so caring towards me, as I am the same with them.

Nct dream was back together with Mark and Haechan back as well. We were all 21 except for Mark, Chenle, and Jisung. I just turned 21 this December and for my birthday we all hung out and played games.

I was sharing my room with Haechan, which I had no problem with.

Right now we had just finished practice and our comeback was going to be released on the day that marks one year of me being in nct.

We went back to the dorms all tired and ready to relax.

I sat down on the couch throwing my head back in exhaustion. Haechan laid down with his head on my lap but I didn't mind. This was a normal thing.

"Jinji the manager needs you." Jeno called from the door. I sighed and lifted Haechan's head, walking towards the door.

"Ceo has another request for you." He said.

"What's up?" I asked.

"We'll have to talk in private with him. Are you free now?" He asked me.

"Yeah let's go." I replied and grabbed my key from the rack.

We knocked on the ceo's door, waiting for permission to go inside.

"Hello Jinji." He said. I bowed.

"So I know that your comeback is soon but I had an exciting idea, and I have high hopes for this." He told me.

"What is it?" I asked.

"How would you like to do a collaboration with Taemin and Taeyong?" He asked me. My eyes went wide and my mouthed dropped.

"Seriously?!" I yelled.

"This would be the perfect opportunity. It'll give you all a chance to make more and I know the fans will love it." He said.

"I would love to. Do Taeyong and Taemin know about this?" I replied.

"Not yet. I figured I'd let you know first." He told me.

"Yeah no that's actually amazing. I'll look forward to it." I said.

"Alright. Thank you." He replied.

"Thank you." I bowed and left his office with the manager. Once the door was shut I squealed and hugged the manager, who chuckled and patted my back.

"This can't possibly be real!" I said to him as we walked back to the dorm. He dropped me off at the dorm and left. I went back to the couch with a huge smile. I sat next to Chenle and curled up while hugging him.

"What happened?" Mark asked.

"I may or may not be doing a collaboration with Taemin and a member of nct." I answered.

"What? That's awesome. Who's the member?" Mark replied.

"Well he told me first so it's not 100% going to happen, but he said Taeyong and Taemin." I explained.

"That's cool. A few months ago you were saying how you wanted to do a collaboration with Taeyong and know it's actually coming true." Jaemin said. I nodded and smiled, thinking back to then.

"Sometimes I worry that you're gonna end up being a solo artist. You're way ahead of the rest of us and I wouldn't doubt it." Renjun explained.

"Don't worry about that. I won't ever leave you guys." I replied.

"Good. Because you can't. You're stuck with us forever." Jisung said.

"Fine with me." I told him.

4 weeks later

Our comeback had already came out and now was time for me to finish with Taeyong and Taemin.

This comeback was a bit of edgy but yet also hot because of the outfits and the song in general.

The dance had some slightly hot parts but only between me and Taemin, and by hot I mean our faces being close and touching, as well as some body rolls. Taeyong would be doing a separate dance off to the side while this happened, which thankful because that'd be odd if my father was watching me nearly kiss his friend.

The song in general was perfect. It was slower in parts where me and Taemin sang, but faster in parts where Taeyong and I rapped.

The name of the song and album was physcopath, and the album picture was a sculpture holding a shield that said our names on it.

The music video shooting went well, and Taemin is a really fun person. He is very inspiring and I'm glad to have gotten close with him.
