#22 - Huang Renjun

Today me and Renjun decided to tell the boys that we're dating, so we got gathered in the living room all on the couch.

"So basically we've been hiding something for 7 months from you guys." Renjun said.

"You guys are dating yeah yeah congratulations dumb asses you should've told us sooner because we already found out on our own and had to hide that from you but anyways cool." Mark rambled.

"I mean I knew you'd find out sooner or later but since MOST of y'all are loud as shit I thought it would've slipped." I replied.

"We been known since like November." Haechan said.

"We started dating on June 7th. It's been almost 8 months." I realized.

"And we've still yet to on a date." Renjun complained.

"Is that all you needed to tell us?" Jaemin asked.

"Pretty much. Just don't tell anyone yet." I answered.

After telling them all, we went to the nct 127 dorm. We knocked and waited, until Jungwoo answered the door.

"Hey. What's up?" He asked.

"We gotta talk to you all." I replied. He let us in and called the other members out. We sat down in their living room and me and Renjun sat close.

"We have some really important news but please don't freak out." Renjun said.

"You're pregnant? Wait if you're pregnant am I an uncle?" Jaehyun yelled.

"Bitch chill. No I'm not pregnant. Me and Renjun are dating and we have been for 7 months." I told them all.

"What?! And you never told me?!" Yuta yelled.

"Sorry." I said back.

"Well you don't have a dating ban so I guess it's okay. Just be careful. Are you gonna tell the ceo?" Taeil spoke.

"Yeah we're gonna go there next." Renjun answered. Johnny looked at me with wide eyes.

"Don't freak me out more than I already am, please." I begged.

"Don't be freaked out. Just tell him that you guys are ready for the next step. You're both 21 now. He can't really deny your relationship. Worse case scenario he tells you guys to wait to announce it." Taeyong explained.

Once we finished talking to them all we went to the ceo's office. After he let us in we sat down in the chairs.

"How is everything?" The ceo asked us.

"Pretty good." Renjun replied. The ceo nodded before I spoke.

"We have something to tell you." I said. He nodded so I knew to go further.

"Renjun and I are ready for the next step. We want to officially be in a relationship." I spoke trying to sound as confident as I could.

"Alright. That's fine. If you're both ready than I can't stop you. All I'll say is prepare for some backlash. I'm sure you're already aware of that part." He nonchalantly told us.

"Yes sir. We know they'll be a lot." Renjun said. I could tell he was highly nervous so I grabbed his hand under the desk.

"Well we can announce it here or we can wait until there is a rumor and then confirm that." The ceo told us.

"We'd like to announce it." I answered.

"Ok. We'll make a post about it later this afternoon. Sound good?" He asked.

"Yes sir. Thank you sir." Renjun replied with a bow.

"Be careful kiddos." He told us. We thanked him again before leaving. On the way back to the dorm Renjun and I cheered about this.

"Oh good youre back. Renjun, we're switching rooms." Haechan said with a pout.

"Really? What for?" I asked.

"Yeah. Jeno is making me sleep with him now so you two can have a bedroom. I think it's a bad idea because it'll be easier for you two to-" I cut him off.

"YAH YAH YAH HAECHAN SHUT UP!!" I yelled and covered my ears.

"Anyways, I'm pissed." Haechan said.

"Why?" Renjun asked.

"Cause now you get the cleanest member and I get the nagging one. Jinji always cleaned for me, checked on me, made sure I slept early, made sure I was warm, even talked to me on those nights where I just couldn't sleep. Now we're all the way across to the other hallway." He fake cried at the end.

"Haha big L." Renjun said and pecked my lips.

"That's exactly why you shouldn't share a room!" Haechan yelled. I shook my head at his stupid reasoning and walked into my room, where a bed and night stand was missing.

"Eww so empty." I said.

"Not for long." Renjun smirked and sat down next to me. He rested his head on my shoulder and stared like I did.

"Imma miss hyuck being my roommate. It's been almost a year." I spoke.

"Really bruh. You're gonna miss Haechan when he's across the kitchen? AND you have me?? I'm hurt." Renjun said and lifted his head off my shoulder. I grabbed his head and turned it to face me, then kissed him.

"Now stop being a big baby. I love you." I said.

"I love you too." He replied and stared into my eyes. His cheeks turned red and he gulped.

"Y'all not for real? No you for fake. Nah you for real." Jisung mocked in the door way.

"LOOK WHO LEARNED MY LANGUAGE! Welcome to the club bb." I said to him.

"Anyways." He replied and looked around.

"Stop mocking me, sung." I pouted.

"Child PLEASE." Jisung mocked again.

"Oh you think you're funny. You're real tough guy until I use my NAILS!!" I yelled and started chasing Jisung around the house as he giggled cutely.

Renjun POV

I watched as the girl of my dreams ran off. I have been planning to ask her a bigger question, but I'm waiting for the right time.
