#22 - Huang Renjun

It was 9 and we had all showered and ate, and now we were sitting and playing video games. We had to pause the game because of the boys' phones going off all at the same time.

"It's just the groupchat. Oh, let's add Jinji in it." Jisung said. Before I could think of anything to say my phone went off. I picked it up and seen the groupchat name.

I turned my phone off because I wasn't about to deal with the messages that started blowing up, slowing my phone down.

"Ha she shut her phone off." Chenle laughed sending a voice message, making us all laugh.

He turned his phone up so he could hear it, and it was a voice message from Johnny.

"Have fun." He said. I looked at Chenle with confusion, right before someone at the door knocked. Groans left the boys.

"I'll get it." I spoke in sigh. I opened the door and immediately Haechan bursted through the door yelling. Mark following behind him, looking so fed up with Haechan.

"WE'RE BACK!" Haechan yelled. I rolled my eyes with Mark doing the same, as we walked back to the couch. I was about to sit back in the spot I was in before but Haechan was already right there. I just sat  down by Renjun and Jisung. I laid my head back on the couch head, but my neck hurt doing that so I moved.

"Wow I forgot about video games here. I was the freaking KING. Bet I still am." Haechan said grabbing a controller.

"Anyone wanna race me?" He asked. Nobody said anything so I reached for the other controller.

"Ooh you're not gonna beat me. I'm too good." I just shook my head and the foolish boy. He made his character donkey kong. I picked my character, making it King Boo. Boo was and still is the best character of the game. He picked one of the maps and we got loaded in. 3...2...1.. GO! we both shot forward, causing me to pass people and get into 1st.

"You might start in 1st but that won't last long!" He yelled to me. I just kept driving peacefully minding my own business, occasionally throwing bananas and shells behind me. I hit Haechan and he got a bit sour, since we were on our last lap.

"You little-" He started but cut himself off after I went past the finish line.

"HOW!!!" He shouted. The other boys were laughing or clapping because nobody had beat him before.

"It's best out of 4 jokes on you." He spat. I just looked him and stuck my tongue out, him doing the same thing to me. Renjun next to me, chuckling at our childishness.

We continued playing the game and I beat him in every round except the last one because I fell once.

"I honestly don't know how you pulled that off, but thank you. This isn't something I see everyday, but I wish it was." Renjun said, looking at the boy who was gripping his hair tightly with fists. I chuckled and got up, going to Haechan. I one at a time peeled his fingers out so they weren't in a fist. He didn't move all. Just stared straight ahead. I got both of his hands down and put them on his lap. He jolted and grabbed me by the waist before I could do anything. He lifted me off my feet and dropped me down on the couch so I was on my back. He started tickling my sides, making me laugh.

"Her laugh lights up this entire building." Jaemin said to Renjun, as they both watched the two with smiles.

"Yeah." Renjun replied.

After about 2 minutes Haechan finally stopped tickling me. I got off the couch from the back and ran to the other side where Mark was. I sat behind him with my legs to the side that Haechan couldn't get me at.

"You guys are such kids." Jisung said with an amused smile.

"I'm older than you." Me and Haechan said at the same time. We both laughed and high-fived each other.

"You two literally share the same brain cell." Mark commented.

"Probably." We both said at the same time again.

"Woah." We spoke at the same time again. I stopped talking to see if he was gonna say anything but he didn't.

"That's creepy." Me and Haechan said again.

"Just both of you stop talking." Renjun told us. We both just nodded and sat down.

"Without then talking it's like silence though." Chenle said.

"You'd rather listen to the evil twins?" Jeno asked.

"Man.." I trailed off. They looked at me waiting for me to continue but when I didn't Mark muttered a 'what'.

"Huh?" I asked, blinking away the zone that I was just falling into.

"You said man?" Jeno told me.

"Oh yeah get used to that. Sometimes i'll be in a trance and say random things mostly man or bruh or similar things." I explained. They just laughed at me, making me laugh too.

"Mark if you move back one more time I'm going to physically throw you." I commented. He just moved back crushing me, who was laying behind him. I let out a yelp, before he moved again. I crawled on the big couch over to Renjun, balling up and laying my head on his thigh.

"She looks like Ten." Jeno commented, making us all laugh.

For the next hour we just hung out together. I feel so comfortable around these guys, it's like they're my family. I have never felt so happy.
