"Do you have a boyfriend?"
That question made me stopped. I can't find my voice. How did he managed to asked that? "Hey, no pressure. Just asking." He added and smiled. I just answer him by shaking my head slowly, sideways. I can't answer him correctly because I am stunned. Imagine your crush is asking you if you have a boyfriend.
"Hey, what happen? Why do you look shock?" Puna ni Sarah when she entered the van. I looked at her with confused eyes.
"Can I sit beside you?" I asked. He looked at Zander and back to me. Zander also looked at me, he smiled and gestured that it's fine. So, I took my sit beside Sarah.
"What happen?" Bulong niya ulit sa akin. I pinched her arm because it's too obvious that she's asking. I mouthed later for her to stop throwing questions.
The travel continue, it tooks three more hours before we reach our destination. "Welcome to Dagupan!" Energetic na sabi ni Miss Lexine.
"Cool." Sarah commented when she saw the house infront of us. It's nostalgic, ang ganda ng bahay. Modern design and it looks classy.
"MAUREEEEN!!! SARAHHH!!! WELCOME TO MY HOMETOWN!!!!!" Maingay na salubong sa amin ni Alice. I rolled my eyes on her before getting my small bag inside the van, also yong maliit kong maleta dala na ni Ate Melly.
"Shut up, A! Ang ingay mo." Sabi ni Sarah sakanya. I laughed at them kasi biglang sumimangot si Alice sa sinabi ni Sarah sakanya.
"Hello po, Tita Sarah!" A cute little girl approach Sarah. It's Kathie, Zander's daughter. Sarah tapped Kathies head gently. "Hello baby!" She giggled. Sarah will always be Sarah, she has a soft spot with childrens, same as me.
"Hello po!" Kathie greeted me too. I smiled at her and says my hello too. After that small interaction with the little girl we go inside the big house na.
"This house is Jayce's." Bulong ni Alice sa akin. Damn! The interiors looks geeat. "Nice house." I commented.
"Since it was our first day here, ang tanging gagawin lang natin ay magpahinga. Dahil bukas at sa susunod na araw pa ang pictorial." Ani Miss Lexine.
We ate our lunch after the small meeting sa living room and now here we are sa magiging room namin ni Sarah. Kasama rin namin si Ate Melly at Ate Sally.
"Ang gwapo naman ni Engineer! Ang ganda pa ng bahay." Ate Melly said.
"I agree ate! Ang laki ng bahay niya, secured na. Pamilya na lang ang kulang." Sarah being the madaldal ofcourse she'll say it.
"Aba'y wala pa bang girlfriend si Engineer?" Gulat na tanong ni Ate Sally.
"Wala pa po ate! Pero baka pwede na 'yong isa sa tabi-tabi ano po Ate Melly?" Pang-aasar ni Sarah sabay tingin nila sa aking tatlo. They smiled at me like I did something wrong!
"Why are you guys looking at me?!" I spat. My gosh! Ang iissue ng mga tao ngayon!
"Bakit ka nga ulit tumabi sa akin kanina? Eh ang katabi mo si Engineer!" Nakangiti ng nakakaloko si Sarah sa akin.
"Uh, kasi he asked me if I do have a boyfriend." ani ko. Bigla naman silang nag tilian na tatlo, agad rin kaming nakarinig ng katok dahil doon.
"Hey, you guys okay?" Kabadong sabi ni Alice. Nagtinginan kaming tatlo dahil doon, agad ring pumasok sa kwarto namin sila Jayce.
"What happen?" Agad na tanong ni Jayce at binaling ang tingin sa akin. "Are you okay?" He asked me.
Batid ko ang lingkisan nila Sarah dahil doon, pero ipinagsawalang bahala ko ito. "Yeah, i'm fine." I answered and smiled.
