Nah'jour Zayre' Lanier | Nyny
August 1st | 9:30AM
Location: Granny's Crib"Melanie and Nah'jour get yall asses up! I ain't gone tell y'all no mo" Granny yelled from the bottom of the stairs.
I rolled around in my bed, kicking and punching the air. I just knew it was too damn early to be woke and too early for this lady to be screaming.
I checked the time on my phone seeing it was 9:30 AM confirming it was too damn early. Like damn they know when I wake up I need at least an hour of silence. Ughhh and she finna be doing this shit everyday nah that school starting next week.
I threw the covers off of me, doing the dash to the bathroom in my room so I could piss. After washing my hands and doing my hygiene, I grabbed some gym shorts, going across the hall to Melanie room making a beat on her door.
"Aight no answer, I'm finna bang on this bitch" I mumbled smirking.
"Nyny imma crack you in yo shit if you don't get the fuck away from my door" Lani spoke through the door groggily.
Don't do it Nyny, don't bang on it... " nawll fuck it" I mumbled to myself, banging twice then sprinting down the stairs.
"Fuc- I mean ooouchhh granny" I said laughing rubbing the back of my neck where she had just smacked me.
"I been telling y'all for yearssss stop running up and down them stairs, ain't nobody wanna be going to no damn hospitals. And why is you banging on that girl door yunno how she is in the morning." Granny rambled on, while I just smiled at the breakfast I seen her preparing.
"Yea Lani act like a damn demon in the morning it don't take allat." I said sitting down not phased by Lani lil attitude she'll be over it in the next hour.
"Mhm I'm a demon and you're a jailbird. What's new lil ugly dude." Lani muttered rolling her eyes, sitting across from me.
"Yall don't start for I put yall ass on the porch until Tony come getcha." Granny spoke sternly while fixing our plates.
Causing me and Lani childish asses to make faces and shoot birds at each other.
"Nah Goodmorning my beautiful babies, y'all enjoy yall breakfast." Granny smiled as she sat our plates in front of us.
" Thank you granny." we said in unison cheesing at her. She's really the best thing that ever happened to us. Like where would we be without her. Especially me tho cause Lani at least got her dad. He ain't the best but he sumn.
My dukes dead and my pops doing life in the pen, so in all actuality granny, Lani, and Uncle Tony all I got. They all give my life meaning. Uncle Tony the only male role model I've ever had, he taught me how to hustle. He taught me how to survive out here, he made me a real gangsta fasho.
