One train and another hour of silently zooming through the dark countryside, the boys has arrived to their final destination.

As they stepped out of the train, they were immediately hit by the sounds of crickets chirping, the atmosphere around them was peaceful, the cold night breeze was chilling.

Seungmin gazed over the familiar little village, that had no more than maybe 20 houses. The nature ruled over this place, the air was visibly cleaner than the busy city's.

Hyunjin yawned and glanced at the brunet, having no clue where the hell they were and why. He just knew one thing, that something here is fishy, the suspicion inside him caused his anxious thoughts to appear.

"So umm... where are we going now, Minnie?" The older asked. Seungmin just let out a shaky breath and dragged both of them out of the little station area to the empty street.

After a 5 minute walk, they stopped at a worn wooden fence, behind it stood a house. Seungmin pulled out a keychain and took the lock down, entering the garden. After Hyunjin followed him, the boy put the rusty lock back to it's place.

"This house was owned by one of my dead relatives. No one in the family wanted it, so I took the keys without them noticing." Seungmin explained and stepped inside, locking the door after them.

Although Hyunjin felt unpleasant by this information, what could he do about it, he let it go as usual. Instead of overthinking, he studied the little place as the light were flicked on.

On the left there was the living room area with just a table, a couch, a long bookshelf with tons of books and a very old-looking television. To his right was a bathroom and next to the entrance of the living room was a wooden staircase. If you went a little further, behind the stairs was a tiny kitchen with a chamber.

The house was built for one person to live in, but it could fit two though. It was small, but somehow cozy.

"I visited this place a few days ago so everything is clean, don't worry. Take your shoes off and let's go upstairs." Seungmin said as he threw his shoes in the corner. Hyunjin nodded silently and complied, then followed the other up the stairs.

On the first floor was just one door that led to the bedroom, where the space was noticeable bigger. Right in the middle was a double bed with a nightstand on the right, on the left was a huge standing lamp and in the corner was a dark sofa. The room wasn't well decorated, the walls were coffee brown with a few paintings hanging from it. There were also a few shelves and one bigger wardrobe.

The Moon filled the room with silver light, it shone through the window to the right. Hyunjin looked out, it was perfectly placed to see the entrance and the street. On the opposite side of the street stood a much bigger house without any trace of life.

It felt like this whole village was abandoned.

The thought made Hyunjin shudder.

"Are you okay?" Seungmin asked with furrowed eyebrows. Hyunjin gulped and nodded repeatedly, slightly concerning the other who was now lying on the bed.

The blond dropped his bag to the side and lay next to the other, closing his eyes. Tense silence surrounded them for minutes before Seungmin spoke up nervously.

"Listen Hyunjin, I need to tell you some...things. Please just listen till I finish, okay?" His tone was serious, his eyes was fixed on the ceiling. That familiar uneasy weight on his stomach came back, Hyunjin answered with a calm 'okay go ahead'.

His attention was on the boy who wasn't even looking at him. Even after all this whole journey, Hyunjin still watched him with love circling in his dark eyes. To calm Seungmin down, he held his hand tightly and gave a squeeze of comfort.

With a fake smile, Seungmin began; "Honestly Hyunjin, I've never had thought that we'll be there. I'm not going to lie to you anymore. I am the serial killer, who killed that boy and the others, precisely 14 victims altogether. It could have been 15 and then more. You were originally a victim too, Hyunjin. I wanted to kill you immediately after we started talking, but you were too cautious about meeting me at first, so I decided to talk to you more, to earn your trust. It was so fucking annoying, I could barely keep up with the act. As time passed you were slowly becoming more persistent about us meeting and that scared me. I started to feel uncomfortable and weird and after more than two weeks I had to realize that I may have feelings for you, I was distant and you noticed. I hated it, I was disgusted by myself so I planned what to do. I had to relieve my stress and I killed one boy two days ago. But I made a mistake and left an evidence. I wasn't safe there anymore so I decided to run away. I manipulated you so easily without trying hard it amazed me, I felt powerful at first. You were such an easy target, alone, broken, no plans for the future, careless and a total failure. This is the sad reality Hyunjin. I wanted to kill you tonight but when I saw you, I just knew that I won't be able to convince myself to do that. I think I fell in love with you. I'm sorry for everything Hyunjin."

Silence.

Nothing else could be heard just Seungmin's heavy breathing and the sound of Hyunjin's heart stopping.

What?

Hyunjin wasn't blinking, his eyes were wide as he stared at the wall.

What are you saying?

"You're... joking right?"

His voice cracked.

"... I'm sorry."

I feel sick.

Felix was right.

He lied to me.

Easy target.

Manipulation.

Failure.

His ears were ringing, his thoughts made his eyes water.

Lie.

Lies.

Everything is a lie.

He is lie.

He is a liar.

Teardrop.

The first teardrop held the last bit of the precious pink cloud that once fogged his mind up completely, sending him into the blindness of hope and false romance.

He didn't know, that his obsession was that bad.

The moment Seungmin finished his last apology, Hyunjin felt the reality breaking him.

He felt indescribable rage.

The second teardrop represented anger and impulse.

In a blink of an eye, Seungmin suddenly couldn't breath.

Hyunjin turned and jumped on him, straddling the surprised boy, the intense madness of broken trust and betrayal threw his senses away.

Trembling plams were wrapped around his throat, using uncontrollable strength.

Seungmin tried to push Hyunjin off himself, but the other's power was beyond his own. He held the blond's wrist and choked up a few words.

Fury met with desperation.

Both of them had tears streaming down their faces.

Hyunjin was strong.

His emotions made him strong but also weak.

Seungmin was weak too right now.

He saw nothing but the blurry figure of Hyunjin smirking at him, an insane light could be seen in his wide, glassy eyes.

"P-ple-ase.."

Seungmin felt his head spinning, the other's face became uneven.

He was soon welcomed in the quiet darkness.
