"...terday night, at 3.49am an innocent lady called the local police department, informing them about a dead body found near the Statue of Peace, which is located not far from the centre of our city. The unfortunate victim was reportedly killed with a sharp object, police assumes it's a screwdriver. The body was severely wounded but fresh. The victim's name is Kim Jinmin, a 17 years old high school student. Investigators are connecting the victim with another 6 similar cases. Nothing has been found yet that can take us to the identity of the killer and police warns everyone to stay safe and don't necessarily walk in the dark without company. It's an awful thing that such a young boy lost his life by this cruelty, our condolences to the boy's family and friends. Hwang Hyunjin turned the television off.

The boy scoffed and let out a humorless chuckle. Staring at the now black screen he closed his eyes.

"Always the same shit every single day." Hyunjin muttered and got up to get himself something for dinner.

Putting his jacket on, the long blond haired boy left house. His father was working a night shift as a security guard at the city's historical museum. The reason that Hyunjin was living with his father only is that his mother died a couple of years ago. It was a tragic accident but they couldn't have prevent it. They had a hard time dealing with the loss of the wonderful woman, luckily Hyunjin and his dad had and still has a strong bond and got through the depressive months.

The tall boy went to the nearest 24-open shop, where the cashier looked at him weirdly. It was past 12am after all.

Hyunjin, being too lazy to cook some actual food, bought some instant ramen and gummybears. He paid quickly, wished good night to the cashier lady and left the shop.

The city was fairly quiet, not a single car passed nearby as he made his way toward the park, humming a familiar song. The weather was nice, Hyunjin felt good just wearing a sweater and some jeans. After a 10 minute long walk, he arrived at the empty space and sat down on a bench.

The fresh breeze of the night played with his hair, making him sigh and to prevent it, he pulled his hood up. Calm sounds of the night lulled him a little, the feeling of tranquility engulfed him.

Hyunjin continued humming and teared open the pack of sweets, he ate the gummybears happily while looking around the park.

"I don't even know why they don't want us to go outside. It's so quiet and there isn't any soul except me. No people means good time, am I right or am I right?" He spoke to himself and giggled, enjoying his alone time.

The peaceful atmosphere disappeared as soon as he spotted someone walking in distance from the corner of his eyes. For his misfortune, the person headed towards his direction. Hyunjin groaned, throwing his head back he glared at the stranger who wasn't as far now.

His glare slowly fell as Hyunjin could finally see the face of the unknown person, who stood under a streetlight, a few meters away from his spot.

A boy stood there, uneasy expression on his soft face. He looked younger than Hyunjin and was wearing a big dark purple sweater with light blue jeans. Absolutely adorable.

The two just stared at each other for a few seconds before the blond cleared his throat.

"You want some?" He asked, lifting the pack of gummybears, smiling friendly.

The boy furrowed his eyebrows, his features became unreadable. Hyunjin started to feel awkward but in the pit of his stomach something started to bubble.

"You shouldn't be outside at this time." Stranger said as he glared at the innocently blinking other. "What an idiot..." He trailed off and walked away, disappearing into the dark part of the park.

Hyunjin was taken aback a little. A cute boy comes near him only to scold him. What a nice encounter he had.

The blond chuckled and got up, deep down listening to the unknown pretty boy as he went home, safely.
