The next morning when Seungmin woke up the bed was empty, Hyunjin wasn't beside him.

He wasn't surprised, he was waiting for this to happen. Even though Seungmin guessed the outcome, his heart was thumping loudly but his expression showed dullness.

"You expected this so stop crying, idiot." He scolded himself for being weak and with newfound power to continue his life, he got up and walked downstairs to make some food.

Just as he was about to turn left into the kitchen, he heard plates being placed down on the wooden table. He was confused and for a second, scared. Seungmin took a deep breath and turned.

There stood Hyunjin, in the middle of putting two mugs on the table. The older smiled brightly and greeted Seungmin.

"Good morning Minnie! I made some sandwiches and coffee for breakfast because well– we only have ingredients for this. And oh sorry for not waking you up, you just looked so cute! And I thought abou–" Hyunjin rambled, the aura around him was positive, enthusiastic even and Seungmin smiled unintentionally.

He stayed.

He didn't leave.

A loving look formed on Seungmin's face as he stepped closer to the other, cutting off his waterfall of words with his tight embrace. Hyunjin went silent and with a happy giggle, he wrapped his arms around the slightly shorter's waist, lifting Seungmin off the ground, proceeding to spin together.

The younger yelped but relaxed immediately, enjoying the situation fully and expressing his amusement with laughter plus a beautiful smile. He felt content in the arms of Hyunjin.

Their sound of happiness slowly died down as they gazed into each other's eyes, which radiated tender warmth. In the company of their bursting hearts, the two boy's lips has found one another in the peaceful dance of wonder.

The moment was tranquil and innocent.

"You stayed with me... why?" Seungmin asked in a whisper as their foreheads touched.

Hyunjin smiled and placed quick peck on Seungmin's nose. "Honestly I don't know.. maybe because my life was boring until I've met you and I don't mind being with you. And well I love you too much to leave."

"...you're crazy."

"You and I both."

They giggled, nodding their heads in approval.

After having breakfast, the boys decided to go upstairs and just talk. Getting to know each other more was something that both of them wanted, resulting in a fairly interesting and funny conversation. The room was filled with laughter.

"Y-you really thought that jumping off the roof in superman costume will make you fly?"

"I was six! I wasn't the smartest back then.." Hyunjin hid his face in his palms, ears burning red as the younger was wheezing in front of him.

"I-I'm sorry but just imagining this pffff. And then you were confused why your arm was broken? You saying 'that did not happen with mister superman' I c-can't breath–" Seungmin was doubling over, wiping his tears away. Hyunjin's face was flushed but he just pouted.

"Stop laughing! I'm sure you have some embarrassing stories too."

Seungmin stopped and thought for a minute, then averted his gaze down to his lap. "I may or may not have one that is really embarrassing for me."

"Tell me baby."

With pink blush on his face from the pet name, the younger started. "Haha um well– when I was in 3rd grade I had my first crush.. on a boy."

Hyunjin leaned forward, invested in the progress of the story.

"I can't remember his name but I know he had really puffy cheeks and was always talking, a typical sweet social butterfly and I don't exaggerate when I say that everyone adored him. One day I got the courage to 'confess' somehow. I bought three keychains, one had a puppy, the other a squirrel and the last was a cake. I managed to make them into one keychain and gave it to him at playtime. His reaction was priceless, I still remember how his eyes sparkled and yeah he accepted it and gave me a kiss on the cheek. Well I was so flustered that I ran away and tripped, making me roll down the hill we had in the school's backyard. I was covered in dirt and mud, he saw me like that. I kind of cried.."

"Minnie that's not embarrassing. It's really cute but a little sad.. What happened after?" Hyunjin's attention was fully on Seungmin, gaze soft.

He sighed and continued. "Literally a minute later my mom came without warning and took me home. We moved to the USA in maybe two days because of her work so that was my last day of school in Korea. We moved back before I started high school."

"WHAT! Have you heard anything about that boy??"

Seungmin shook his head. "My mom once mentioned that he and his family left to Malaysia. I still can't recall his name."

Hyunjin frowned at this, but the story was adorable in his eyes.

Little Minnie having his first boy crush and expressing it in such a precious way?

How can you not melt at that?

"Okay but can I say how cute you were? I mean you still are but like– I can't this is just so adorable." The blond was squealing, this made Seungmin to cover his reddening face.

Both of them felt the comfortable aura around them, their minds wasn't spinning around those depressing thoughts. All they shared now was memories and happiness.

Although we all know, that the specific question will come back soon.
