Seungmin's eyes fluttered open as the sun tickled his nose, making him to scrunch it to avoid sneezing. He felt strong arms around his waist, holding him in a strong embrace and the soft breaths on his neck made him shiver a little.

A mop of messy blond hair hid the handsome face of the other, who had his head buried in Seungmin's shoulder.

The younger let a smile appear on his face.

He loved waking up like this, he could get used to it.

Seungmin gently brushed Hyunjin's hair out of the way after he turned around slowly, careful to not wake the boy up. He studied the sleeping one's features, damn the boy was simply ethereal. It was hard to belive that someone as beautiful and angelic as Hyunjin even existed, more specifically, that angel was resting beside him peacefully.

How could I get so lucky?

The younger questioned the heavens uncountable times.

He thanked, to have this pretty miracle called Hwang Hyunjin in his miserable life to brighten his dull days up.

To have something to breath for.

The only person who mattered.

Seungmin's daydream was interrupted by none other, than the person who was the cause of his smile that was unconsciously plastered on his lips.

Hyunjin held Seungmin tighter than before, mumbling onto his skin something incoherent then pecking his neck and jaw a few times. They finally made eye contact, the little galactic sparkles twinkled brighter than the actual starts on a clear night sky.

The harmony of their heartbeats was inaudible, but they somehow heard and felt it.

Moments like these were the cause of their euphoria, the most simple things and actions usually ended with their light laugher, blushing cheeks and of course, racing hearts.

"Good morning sleeping beauty."

Hyunjin whined and pretended falling back to sleep, letting out fake snores. The action made Seungmin giggle.

"C'mon wake uppp." The younger tried to pry the arms off his body, without any success of course.

"Nooo let's sleep more please!"

Seungmin rolled his eyes but stayed, letting himself being hugged to death. Everything was quiet, way too peaceful for his skeptical mind to cope with.

"What are you thinking about?" Hyunjin asked, looking up the other who had a worry in his eyes. He felt that too, but he remained calm somehow.

"Nothing important... Let's go I'll make some food."

After they finished breakfast and washed the dishes, the two boys decided to be impulsive and have a walk around the area.

They remembered seeing huge hills behind the house, so Seungmin grabbed his camera and guided Hyunjin to a pretty field, covered with nothing but sunflowers.

The scenery was honestly breathtaking, but in their own point of views, the other was the most beautiful among these flowers.

Seungmin took many photos of Hyunjin, who was searching for a sunflower that was taller than him. It was a childish act in the younger's eyes, but he adored the boy's every movement.

"Minnie look! Finally this is taller than me see!"

Seungmin whipped his head around to see the blond next to the flower that was taller –wait this is nearly impossible what how.

"I've read about this! Sometimes sunflowers can grow really really big and haha I've found one!" Hyunjin's excitement about the topic was adorable, he rambled about how tall was the largest sunflower and how it was grown by a German man– truthfully Seungmin was just enjoying the view of Hyunjin being bubbly.

He quickly snapped a few pictures of the moment and went to hug the boy.

"This isn't fair, you're taking pictures of ME but not YOU. Gimme that camera." The older snatched the black item and pointed towards Seungmin who put his hands in front of his face.

"I don't really like to be photographed..."

Hyunjin huffed and took a photo anyways.

"Pleaseee let me! You're beautiful and I want to capture it so please, uncover your face and show me a big smile!"

Eventually Seungmin moved his hands away, shyly looking the other. Hyunjin grinned widely and immediately pressed the little button on top of the machine.

Hours went by just them running around the fields, laughing carelessly, taking photos of each other and not to mention, of them together with help of the timer.

All the pictures captured their best moments, the sea of sunflowers gave the background summer vibes. You could practically feel the radiating happiness from these little images.

They haven't noticed but the day has passed by slowly.

The boys were sitting on the edge of the hills, thousands of flowers behind them. They were watching as the sun was setting down, as the reminder that darkness will come soon.

Pink sky matched with the hue of their cheeks from running around in the warm weather, orange light glowed on their faces. Their features held no worry, they finally felt the full waves of calmness.

"Thank you for today."

Seungmin lifted his head up from Hyunjin's shoulder, smiling at him innocently. "I'd like to thank you too, this was far the most fun I had in my whole life."

Silence sat between them, as the two was just staring ahead. Their fingers were laced together, fitting perfectly in the soft hold.

Hyunjin took a picture of the sunset, and of Seungmin's relaxed face that rested on him. It was beautiful, majestic, gorgeous, dazzling, stunning– and the scenery too.

Both of them took the sight in, wanting to remember it forever with the same feelings that they felt in that time.

Hyunjin was about to speak but a sudden pain ached in his stomach. His vision blurred for a second and dizziness flooded his body, a millisecond of powerful anxiety appeared and disappeared as soon as it came.

He shook his head.

Maybe he was just hungry, a logical answer.

"Minnie I think we should go back soon. I'm really hungry to be honest." Seungmin sighed and nodded, exhausted from today's adventure.

The two boys went back to the little house without any inconvenience, locking the gate and the door behind them.

Seungmin made some dinner, noting that soon they'll run out of fresh food. He'll send out Hyunjin probably, it's safer than him going to shopping.

They ate in a comfortable silence, their minds cycling around today's happenings, earning a huge amount of serotonin to overflow their bodies.

With a non-spoken agreement, they lazily went to have a long shower, after it they fell into bed.

"Let's just sleep, Minnie."

Seungmin chuckled and let Hyunjin cuddle him close. Their bodies were warm, the atmosphere made their minds hazier. The tiredness took over.

"Goodnight Jinnie... I love you."

"I love you too."

With these barely audible whispers, the boys left to dreamland in each other's protective arms, safely.
