Hyunjin had stopped writing.

Sweat dropped from his forehead down to the wooden floor, things got blurry for him as the anxious thoughts floated around his mind.

His gaze hovered above the paper for long minutes before snapping out of it, he shook his head again and stood up, walking back to bed.

Hyunjin glanced at the still peacefully sleeping Seungmin. The small smile never disappeared as he huggex the boy close, letting the other's presence lull him back to dreamland.

They woke up pretty late, around 10am. It was unusual from them, the boys being early birds.

The two spent the day as they always would, eating meals together, chatting about anything in general and just simply being a beautiful couple.

Seungmin liked to sit on the living room couch, analyzing the pictures they had taken time by time, with Hyunjin resting his head in his lap doing nothing other than staring at Seungmin's focused features.

This was one of their favorite things to do, sometimes Seungmin would glare at the older who just wanted a little bit of attention. Apart from this, the silence relaxed them, resulting in a quality time.

On that day, Seungmin was looking over yesterday's photograph, a pretty smile decorated his face. Hyunjin loved to see that expression, it warmed his heart up.

The melodic laugh from the younger when he showed his favorite picture was really something to live for.

It was late afternoon when Hyunjin felt the intense sadness forming inside him. They were currently upstairs, eating some snacks quietly. His eyes shifted over the younger, who also seemed to sense something.

"Hey Minnie... do you also feel this?" Seungmin lifted his head up and gulped.

"What do you mean?"

Hyunjin's gaze was fixed on the windows, watching as the sky started to turn darker.

"This... these dull, depressing emotions."

They younger remained silent. Hyunjin turned back to face Seungmin after not getting any answers.

"I– I do. I've been feeling like this for a while now, but it's getting worse. I can't explain perfectly but I guess you get what I'm saying." Seungmin confessed the truth, worrying about the other's reaction.

"It's okay. I feel the same as you." Hyunjin assured and stood up, going around the bed to his backpack, pulling out his notebook to write something in it. Seungmin didn't question his actions.

"Let's just continue with our topic and try not to overthink things, hm?"

"Yeah, you're right."

The boys resumed to their discussion about people. They were both interested in basic human knowledge, like how other individuals view the world, their good and bad decisions and how can they come to conclusions.

Seungmin noticed how Hyunjin was in deep connection with this topic. He just stared as the blond quoted famous psychologists and researchers, telling him about mental conditions and important discoveries so passionately, it captured all of his attention totally.

A question formed inside his head that he voiced out. "Why didn't you apply for psychology? You know so many things I barely hear about. Jinnie you're extremely smart."

Hyunjin closed his mouth and turned his head away, his aura shifting from happy to cold. "No I'm not, don't say that. It's interesting but I can't see myself being a therapist."
