The kids follow the giant footprints leading down the hallway of the abandoned facility. They came across a much larger room that was filled with all kinds of old science equipment. "Yeah." Said Cody. "I can see that this was definitely a lab." Angela goes on a higher deck to have a better view of the room. Unfortunately, the deck suddenly collapsed and Angela tumbles down off the edge. "Angela!" Yelled Eric. They all ran to help her hoping that she was alright. For a moment, they couldn't find her because the place she fell into was pitch black with darkness. "Angela!" Eric yells again. "You alright?" Suddenly, two giant purple eyes stare back at the rest of the teens through the darkness. "Oh my god!" Said Casey. They slowly back away. The monster gets up and walks out of the darkness. The teens stood with fear of what they were looking at. It's long ears and legs began to glow the same color as its eyes. "No body make any sudden movements." Said Eric. Turns out, Angela landed right on top of the monster's back when she fell. She begins breathing heavily with fear. The monster walks to a ladder that was nearby to help her down off of him. "Grab the ladder Sis!" Said Eric She tries to hold on to the ladder, but she loses her grip and begins to fall. Eric and the rest watched with terror as she was falling to the concrete floor. "Angela!" Yelled Eric. Suddenly, the monster breaks her fall by catching her with his giant paw. Everyone stood frozen as soon as he grabbed her. "Let her go!" Yelled Eric. The monster stares back at Eric and gently sits Angela down on the floor. Everyone stood with disbelief. "It saved her." Said Casey. "I caught THAT on video!" Said Cody holding his smartphone filming everything that had happened. The monster looks down at her and walks away. Angela runs to Eric and hugs him tightly. "You alright?" Asked Eric. "I think so." By the time everyone looked back at the monster, he was gone. "Where'd it go?" Asked Cody. "He just disappeared!" Said Casey. "What was that thing?" Eric stood silently for a moment. "I don't know." He said. "But it saved Angela TWICE." "Looks like he's not as mean as the other monsters." Said Cody. "He didn't attack like the others did." "Should we follow it?" Asked Angela. Everyone looks at each other to think of what to do next.
