Meanwhile at the Sammyville Police Department, Bain gathers all the units for an emergency meeting in the meeting room. "Alright." He said. "This is the most unusual situation I've ever had to face and probably the most unreal." He looks at Smith who was next to him with the laptop. "Smith." Bain continued. "You have that video ready?" "Yes sir." Said Smith. "Now." Said Bain. "I know this would probably seem fake, but this footage was recorded by officer Billy Smith's dash cam last night. It looks like a new animal species no one in the entire world has ever seen before." The other officers look at each other and all of them started laughing. "Sheriff," said one of the officers. "Have you been drinking again?" "Show us the video." Said another. The police units were starting to irritate Bain. "Smith!" He said. "Play the video." "Yes sir." Said Smith. Smith plays the video on the computer and shows it on the projector so everyone else could see the video. Bain explains to the deputies of what all was going on in the video. "Okay." He said. "Officer Smith's car shakes, he crawls through the passenger side door, because he couldn't get out through the driver's side. Then Smith goes around his car and gets a good look at the beast." One of the officers interrupts Bain. "We don't see it." He said. "Wait. Are you saying that it some sort of monster?" "Its probably the same monster that sleeps under Smith's bed at night wondering where he's at." Said another. "Yeah." Said a third officer. "He probably got lonely and decided to sleep by Smith's car!" The deputies begin to laugh hard even more. Smith too becomes aggravated. "Shut up you guys!" Bain calms him down. "Easy there Smith." He said. "Now if there are no more interruptions, may I continue with the video?" "Yeah!" Said another officer. "I wanna see the monster!" The officers continue to laugh. "Show it to em Smith." Said Bain. Smith unpauses the video and Bain continues to explain. "Smith then takes out his taser and then fires at the monster. Fortunately, the monster doesn't attack Smith. Instead, it pulls out the probes and walks in front of the car giving the camera a full shot of the monster." The police get a close look at the footage. "Oh my God." One said quietly with amazement. "I don't believe it." Said another. Smith pauses the video. "Any questions?" Asked Bain. The police had loss for words. Finally, one policeman spoke out. "How is this possible?" He asked. "How can a creature like that exist?" "No one knows." Said Bain. "However, I do know that this thing needs to be hunted down and brought back here." "Are we gonna kill it?" Asked Smith. "If its necessary." Said Bain. "But we are gonna try to bring it back alive. At the mean time, until we find this thing, I want all the roads blocked and I want a major county lock-down. Everyone must stay where they're at until farther notice. No one gets in or out of town or even outside. I want all the streets cleared. Send them to the closest and safest shelter. Now do you all understand these instructions?" "Yes sir!" Said all the officers. "Then get going." Said Bain. The police leave the room to do their jobs.
