Date? As in, date? Whoa! Easy there dude. Ano 'to, grocery date? He just continued walking like as if he didn't say something ridiculous.

"Teka, teka nga!" I walked faster towards him. Ang tangkad niya talaga. Girls are shamelessly looking at him pero mukhang wala naman sa kanya yun.

"Anong pinagsasabi mo? What date? And please enlighten me, why the heck are you with me?" He stopped and look at me.

"Hindi ka pa nakaranas ng date? Hindi mo ba alam ang date?" He seriously asked me. What the! Alam ko ang date. Pero yes, 19 years of existence pero wala pa kong naranasan na date. Taong bahay at school lang ako. The nerve of this guy to insult me.

"Wow! Jayce, right?" I asked in disbelief.

"Uh-huh." He answered with a playful smile.

"I don't even know you. Yes, i know your name pero aside from that, wala na. And I'm pretty sure that applies to you as well. Hindi mo ko kilala, so why the heck are you with me?"

Oh no! He just shrugged it off. I'm asking you coward! He faced his back to me and continued walking. Feeling ko nasstress na ko kanina pa sa taong 'to.

I followed him and looked at him intently while walking beside him. "We're having our first date to get to know each other. Simple as that, Grae." Then he smirked at me.

"Date? Buying grocery stuffs? Oh! I didn't expect that my first ever date will be like this." Ani ko.

"So, I'm your first date, huh? Don't worry, we're not yet done for today." He looked at me and smiled. My heart!

"Sa dami ng dala mo, makakapag enjoy ka kaya? Atsaka baka hinahanap na ko ni mama. I need to go home right after buying those." I said pointing to the things he's carrying.

"30 minutes more Graenielle, is that fine?" He knows my name, eh? How come?

We went to mcdo and he went to the counter while I look for an available table for us. Ugh! Buti nalang dito niya naisip na kumain kami, gusto ko ng mcflurry and large fries. Ayoko magheavy meal at hapunan na pag-uwi ko.

After minutes he went to the table I chose and sat on the other chair. Magkaharap kami, of course date daw eh.

"I got you mcflurry and fries. Is this okay?" Then he handed me the food. How did he know that I'm craving for these. He also got the same food.

"How did you know I like this?" He was taking a bite of his fries. He stared at me for a sec and answered, "I saw your instagram story before." He said then dipped his fries in his mcflurry.

"Are you stalking me?" I asked, shocked at his answer. Grabe naman 'tong tao na 'to. Medyo nakakagulat naman kasi talaga.

"Well, you can say that. Sa socmeds lang. Ganda ng ig feed mo ah?" He said then laughed a bit.

"Uh, I don't know if I find you creepy but, you kinda freaking me out. Yes, you're handsome pero marami na kong napanuod na movies na kung sino pa ang gwapo, sila pa ang villain sa story." I said while eating.

"You find me handsome, huh? Easy there, Graenielle, I won't do anything that can harm you." He playfully winked at me.

"Past time mo ba 'to? Wala ka bang magawa?" I bluntly asked because of confusion.

"Past time? What? Having a date with you? No, madalas babae ang nanghihingi ng date sakin, this is my first to do the first move."

"Wow! Medyo mayabang ka rin e 'no? Edi sana nakipagdate ka nalang sa mga babaeng nag-aaya sayo, at baka hindi grocery date ang nangyari sayo ngayon." Naiinis ako. Ibig sabihin, talagang maraming babae ang umaaligid ka mokong na 'to?

"Hmm. I like this. I like the grocery date a while ago, and I like having fries and mcflurry with you right now." He straightforward said.

"And besides, I want to introduce myself. I'm Ethan Jayce Trevon, BS Civil Engineering, currently on my second year and single." He smiled at me.

"Di ko expect na kailangan pati yung huli mong sinabi ay dapat kasama, Jayce." I rolled my eyes at him.

"Well, baka kasi may maisip ka na naman na kung ano, at makalimutan mo na sinabi ko sayo kaninang wala akong girlfriend."

Nauubusan na ko ng rebuttal sa taong 'to. I just silently eat, a minute have passed and he asked me.

"You're single, right? BS Accountancy, second year rin. And you have your bestfriend, Ally." He stated.

"You stalker!" I gritted my teeth while hardly looking at him.

"I'm not really a stalker, but someone really caught my attention that day. Tapos nakita ko pa siya sa convenience store, pretty coincidence, wasn't it? So please, stop thinking that I will harm you or hurt you, just have fun."

I want to just smack him, pero ang gwapo niya. Sobra, the way his eyes speaks while saying something. He has this deep expressive eyes, pointed nose, perfectly angled jaw, almost red lips and a fair skin.

"I think we should go ahead, baka hinahanap ka na sa inyo. Saan ka ba? I'll walk you home. Medyo madilim na rin. Delikado." Then he stood up and get the things we bought.

I stood up, and faced him. "Uh, thank you for today pero I can go home alone. Baka ibang route ka."

"It's fine. Kahit hanggang kanto niyo lang kung ayaw mo sa mismong bahay mo. Just want to make sure you're safe." He grabbed everything and let me walk first.

Okay, not bad. It's 6pm already. Baka magtaka si mama at ginabi na ako. Pagkababa ng jeep, konting lakad lang at kanto na sa street namin.

"Uh, dito nalang. You should go home, gabi na. Baka may importante ka pang gagawin. Really, thank you for accompanying me." I said then he handed me the groceries.

"No problem, take care, aight? Go, I'll go hanggang sa mawala ka sa paningin ko." He said and smiled at me.

"O-okay." Ani ko

Pagkauwi ko, i did my routines at pumasok na sa kwarto ko. My phone vibrated. My notifications doon, facebook notifs, chats and a message from my ig. I tapped it, and its says "ethanjtrevon started following you"

I quickly go to his wall, and girl! He has 1568 followers and 47 following. May 16 posts doon at tiningnan ko isa isa iyon. I saw something, it was a picture of him facing a wide sea. His wearing shade with his white polo revealing a bit of his chest. He's smiling there. Ang daming comments! At karamihan babae. I accidentally douple tapped the pic. Omg! Na-like ko! Medyo nasa dulo na pa naman yung picture na yun! No way!
