"No, no, this one is different. No want seventeen child!" the asian mother of a small girl just born said. It was true, the child was indeed different. She had fair skin, blond hair, and kaleidoscope eyes. Not your typical asian look of dark hair, complexion, and eyes. The infant was put directly into adoption. A mother of sixteen couldn't handle any more. The little girl had turned two by the time the Jackson family had decided to adopt her. They took her back to the U.S. It has been almost fourteen years. The Jacksons had adopted several more children, one named Juarez from Mexico, who was the same age as the girl, whom they had named Asia.
