   Yi Qi is the closest nature has ever gotten to a real dragon. This dinosaur is a genus if Scansoriopterygid, having its forelimbs evolve into wings instead of hands. These wings were unique, having wing membranes like a Pterosaur and not feathered wings like other related Dinosaurs of the time. This led to it receiving its name, "Strange-wing"
   Discovered by a farmer in rural China in 2007, it was named as the first dinosaur with strong evidence of wing membranes like a bats or Pterosaurs.
   Length: Roughly 1 to 2 Feet
   Wingspan: 2 feet
   Weight: 1 to 2 Pounds
   Diet: Insects and small animals
    Lived: In East Asia during the Jurassic period of the Mesozoic Era
   Appearance: Two small hind legs and a pair of small wings. A tiny round head with little teeth. Light feather covering with four long feathers protruding from the tail.
