Noella's POV

All the time while having dinner, we talked normally about anything and everything. After dinner, we went to a nearby karaoke bar. It felt like we were the only people in the world living our best lives.

"I don't want this night to end. It's so much fun like this." Juliette whined like a child as we exited the karaoke bar. It just made me chuckle at her childishness.

"Come on Jules. It's not like we are not going to meet tomorrow." I said.

"Yeah, and besides it's already 12." Spencer said, by taking a look at his wrist watch.

"When did you become the good boy huh, Spence? " she asked, raising one of her brows.

"Always been one. It's just that you never noticed." He said and winked at her.

"In my dreams, Marks!" She said rolling her eyes.

" Whatever, Harper! And if you think calling me a bad boy is an insult, you couldn't be more wrong." He replied back, smirking and folded his arms against his chest.

"Huh! If by bad you mean fearing cockroaches, then sure you are bad." She laughed.

"Don't challenge me Juliette! Why do you want to lose with me? Although you should be proud that you lost with me. Still, you know." He said in a narcissistic tone.

"Watch your tone Marks! Probably this is the reason why you don't have a girlfriend till now." She said in a mocking tone.

They were constantly throwing shades at each other and Eric was probably enjoying it as he stood there silently and did not utter a word.

"Are they always like this?" I asked by going onto his side. They made it seem like a cat and dog fight.

"Oh trust me, I have witnessed way worse during high school. I was worried for them at first. But now I enjoy watching them practically catching each other's throats. Just wait and even you'll start enjoying it. I guarantee you." He said chuckling and folded his arms.

"God, you are worse than them! Why am I stuck with you guys!?" I said and face palmed myself.

"Guys stop it! We need to get going! We have classes tomorrow." I practically screamed at both of them as they weren't listening to a word I was saying. They both went silent and looked at me.

"Good. Now off you go everyone." I demanded.

"Oh, you are so boring, Noella. Fine. Come here." She frowned a bit but smiled nonetheless as she extended her arms to hug me. We both hugged. I don't think so she is ever going to grow up, but to be honest, I really like that about her.

"Are you sure that we need to head back home? We have an option of exploring LA in the night!" she asked grinning.

"No, Jules! Go home now." I tried to say in a stern voice but I failed.

"You know, you are officially the mother of this group Noella. Not that I did not enjoy the show, but, wow! You made them go all silent. You made an impossible task possible! Great work." Eric said,  laughing.

"Well, someone had to! Or else these two" I pointed at both of them, "would've killed each other." I replied and chuckled. "I wouldn't mind that." Juliette smirked at Spencer. He was about to say something when I cut them off.

"Not again, you guys!" I ordered. "Fine! Bye, Goodnight. 'Mother'." Juliette said, air quoting the word mother and chuckled. Eric and Spencer gave each other one sided hug and patted each other's back.
