Contrary to his brother, dating George is easy. Before you were even together, he made sure Fred knew you were off-limits for the pranking, protecting you even from the start. Where Fred is confident and flirtatious, George was more shy and nervous around you. Before you were clued in to his crush, it was strange for you to see the normally extroverted boy become a stuttering mess around you.

George feels lucky every single day that you actually chose him and he won't soon let you forget it. He is the most dutiful boyfriend, going out of his way to walk you to every class, get you anything you could ever need, and keep you smothered with plenty of love.

You were the first person George told about his joke shop idea (besides his brother, obviously). You were supportive, of course, and he loved to bounce ideas off you in his spare time. You were the inspiration behind almost the entire witches specialty section in the store after you mentioned a love potion prank.

When Fred died, you were there for George every second. You and him moved back into his home for a bit, but it was too painful living in his childhood bedroom without Fred there to share it with him, so you quickly found a small flat in Diagon Alley and began living there instead. In his sleep, George would toss and turn and call out for Fred for months after his twin's death, and you were always there to shake him awake and brush the tears off of his face. When you two got pregnant and found out you were having a boy, neither of you needed to discuss what you would be naming him. It was a given.

George is very much a fan of PDA. He loved to show you off and also show everyone around him that you were his. You were always touching when you were out in public, whether he was hugging you from behind, holding your hand, draping an arm around your shoulder, or setting a protective hand on your knee. You had a secret theory that George couldn't go five minutes without a kiss because of how needy he was when you were out at the shops (but in the best way possible).

Watching George become a father to his own little redheaded gremlins made your heart swell larger than you ever thought possible. When little Freddie was born, George was there whenever you needed him. He was glad to get up in the middle of the night when the baby was crying and you were too exhausted to move. One morning, you woke up to Freddie's cries but before you could even rub the sleep from your eyes, George was there standing over his son's crib and scooping him gently into his arms, rocking him quickly back to sleep against his bare chest. As the first faint rays of early morning sun began to peek up over the horizon, you couldn't help but stare at the familiar silhouette of your two favorite boys.
